Lovely clean room with patio; all rooms overlook the outdoor pool. Friendly staff who do their best to be helpful and pleasant, albeit sometimes better than others, but we were there at the beginning of the season. Very quiet by day with occasional entertainment in the evenings finishing by 9.30 pm. Excellent spa and indoor pool. Downsides were that hairdryer is fixed to the wall in bathroom and ‘on’ switch has to be held in place: hard to use and power not strong if you have arthritis and/or thick hair. Be aware that beds are large singles and not even pushed properly together, comfy enough but this was the first time in over 50 years of marriage and a tremendous amount of travel experience that we have had to sleep apart! Lots of local restaurants within a few minutes walk for eating out choices.

Lovely quiet hotel, friendly staff and a**osphere. We did bed and breakfast to enjoy eating by harbour etc. Good location,bus stop nearby and harbour. Bonus to us, cava at breakfast!

We enjoyed a short 4 night stay at this hotel. The location was good, only a short walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The hotel itself was wonderful, very clean and beautifully styled. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included a wide range of hot and cold items. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The evening entertainment was a bonus. I would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed our holiday, the food was excellent, the facilities (pool, mini gym, sauna and steam room) were good and the staff very friendly so, why only 3 stars? Well, the service in the restaurant was poor. Very friendly, wanting to please and nothing was too much trouble but, very slow and disorganised. When asked, management said that it was the beginning of the season and staff were still learning their roles etc. The room servicing was very efficient and it was good to have some live music in the bar on a couple of evenings. My advice would be to call before booking and get reassurances. We booked a coach transfer from the airport to the resort which was very good. We also enjoyed using the hotels free transfer service for a morning out in Cuitadella which is about all that you need.

A very happy stay. My first visit was 23 years ago with my husband. This time I travelled alone and was equally happy. Wonderful staff who were always polite and helpful, a lovely room, lovely indoor and outdoor pool, spa and gym which I didn’t use . Food very good, service slow in restaurant at times but it was the beginning of the season an a lot of new staff were just starting.

An absolutely wonderful hotel, excellent, friendly staff who will do anything to assist you, superb food with good variation in choices. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms that are well equipped and very quiet. Highly recommend and will definitely return

Excellent service and food. This was our 11th visit and we are looking forward to our 12th visit in June 2014. It is the perfect place to relax. Everyone who works there makes you feel special and wanted. What also makes this hotel special is the fact that it is mainly for couples, and the guest who visit are pleasant.

Lovely hotel. All staff very professional and very welcoming. Food is excellent. We had a lovely week there. Dint need the gym facilities but we both had a very good massage/ trea**ent from Maria. Will return.

Wonderful hotel. Comfortable with very good food. Staff couldn’t do enough for every guest. The complimentary minibus into the town every day was very useful too. I loved having the spa trea**ents. Everything was spotless and everything worked.
