Fatal no hubo agua caliente en toda la estancia, no nos daban respuesta ni solución ni en el hotel ni trip, cucarachas por la habitación, humedad, buffet repetitivo y de mala calidad, imposible cenar en los restaurantes porque había que reservar con muchos días de antelación, antes de llegar no contestan a correos ni nada, la playa horrorosa llena de algas sucia y fea, para llegar desde playa del carmen imposible si no es un taxi qie te cobra 60€ por un trayecto de 15 min, de la puerta de entrada al lobi hay que andar dos km y de la habitación a la playa otros 2, no te acercan ni a la puerta.. NO RESERVAR NI AQUI NI ESTE HOTEL, MEJOR RIU SIN LUGAR A DUDAS

Lo malo - Al ingresar al hotel me dieron una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con lo que había reservado (ocean View), después de intentar hablar por teléfono nunca contestaron en recepción a lo que al llamar a la operadora solo me dijo que fuera físicamente a recepción a reclamar. Dure 1hra en recepción en lo que me dieron una habitación con vista al mar ya más cerca de la playa y de la alberca. En el buffet de playa al ir por un refresco me lo negaron y me comentaron que el mesero me lo llevaría a la mesa
Lo bueno - La comida en los restaurantes de especialidades y el show de fin de semana.

感覺總是訂不到高級晚餐…不過酒店夠大，離海，景色不錯。設備也還行，但這個價格是真的很不錯了！有機會，會再來。

Very good facilities, staff, entertainment and food in general. Things that perhaps could be improved: more lounge chairs (guest go out at 5-6 am to secure loungers with shade ... ? That CLEARLY is an indicator. ) need more shade with loungers too (love the sun, but too much is unhealthy)

Beautiful, huge resort. Be prepared for a lot of walking to get around. Our room door lock broke and it took a few hours to get fixed. The beach swing bar was excellent. Walking in the water on the beach was difficult due to the number of rocks in the sand. Food was mostly good.

As other reviews stated, our riomnwas in block 6. Room was musky, dated, batrooms in need of updating.
The sliding door had been fixed a number of times and I would have fix the screw that would fall out daily.
English was a major issue among employees.
I asked for nonalcohol beer and was told, 'It's too expensive".
With countless bottles of top shelf alcohol, I dont think it would have broken the bank to stock a couple cases.
Many parts of the rest are showing sings of aging, the main buffet had numerous holes in the ceiling while there was new construction in other parts.
It would be nice to see older parts see some upgrading.
The "rain shower" was poor at best but the hand wand had great pressure which would cause the drain to back up.
Apparently our unit was not the only one with this issue.
The resort is not the worst but is a little over priced for the what we paid.
This is a solid 3/3.5 for what you pay.
My review is not to bash the resort but rahter shed light on some of the downfalls.
We have a diet restriction which is always an issue when travelling Mexico. I asked the Chef about an item if there was any pork and he assured me 0 that it was chiken. When he took it upon himself to show me the packaging it purned to be mixed with pork, I thanked him very much.

Everything was excellent except the beach was dirty and the sea **** was not cleaned up. Also the food was just okay.
