Skiathos Gea Villas

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Gea Villas and stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa ‘Lo’. The villa was very modern with all the amenities you would need. It was maintained daily by John and his team who were lovely and very helpful. I could not fault our stay. Thank you so much!

We booked this wonderful apar**ent (the smallest one - Suite White Gea) through Love Holidays (who were excellent). The apar**ent itself was wonderful. Every room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean (rooms were cleaned every day and linens changed half way through the week). We self catered and found the kitchen to be really good - large fridge, a freezer, a 2 ring induction hob and lovely crockery. The beds were firm, but very comfortable. The bathroom is very well appointed with a lovely large, powerful shower (toiletries provided) Outside there was a very generous decked area with a large deep plunge pool with an amazing view over the bay towards Skiathos town. The sun loungers were very comfortable as was the outdoor seating area. The large parasol offered welcome shade when needed. The view from the deck was wonderful - Olive groves, pine trees, curved bay, yachts, Skopelos and other smaller islands - just beautiful. John (the owner was extremely helpful) - we weren’t going to hire a car, but did really need one - as it was a fair way off the main road. John arranged a car for us, which was with us within the hour. It is true that the roads on the island are bumpy with pot holes etc, but it was fine. The road closest to the villa is steep and very windy (just have to reverse a bit to get round the corners (we are used to this kind of terrain - living in North Yorkshire) - but the drive is well, well worth it, to get to stay in this wonderful location. We would definitely recommend this wonderful apar**ent (we are a family of 3) - it was perfect. Thank you to our wonderful host, John, and his lovely staff. I can’t praise it highly enough.
