Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

1e kerstdag Moeder met 2 kinderen 16 en 19 jaar oud. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat het zwembad alleen voor naakt zwemmen is en dat kon ook pas vanaf een bepaalde leeftijd. Hou hier dus rekening mee om teleurstelling te voorkomen want wordt niet expliciet op de boeking site vermeld. De familie kamer was vreselijk vies😵 heb daar foto's van genomen laten zien en gevraagd naar een andere kamer om een lang verhaal kort te maken...1e antwoord kon dit niet geen kamers meer vrij Met de vraag om ons door te sturen naar een andere fletcher hotel omdat dit echt zo kan gebeurde er een wonder... Opeens waren er niet 1 maar 2 tweepersoons kamers vrij🤔 ontbijt was prima alleen opletten bij de glazen en kopjes daar zaten er ook een paar tussen die niet echt schoon waren.

Es war für mich nicht liebevoll gemacht. Ohne eine Flasche Wasser oder ein goddie.... eine Delux Zimmer stell ich mir anders vor... auch war das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich... ich würde es nicht mehr buchen... Fotos habe ich keine gemacht. War für mich nicht Relevant..

The room 502 looked nice but everyone could look inside it from the skywalk. The toilet must have an extra door that closes complete not share a sliding door with the shower. What utter nonsens to design a so called bathroom like this! The AC was ok but very slow, but a fan in the toilet did not exist so you had to open the window although it was a very hot day. Breakfast was ok, but definitly not worth ca.20€! Check in was nice, check out was terrible! On Saturday evening we had to leave the nice but small spa at 20h because we were told the pool was closed due uncontrolled eletricity (who would have such defect electricity near a pool? What a safety hazard!!!), everwhere the lights went out und most parts were closed. As we asked for a discount the next day at reception because we could not stay till 22h as told they claimed the problem only lasted for 20 minutes we could have gone back...But no one had told us the problem lasted only for a short while when they ushered us out. A fat blond at reception treated us very rudely when we made a friendly suggestion about a little reimbursement for all the hassle as we were told, everything was closed the rest of the day and not that is was only closed for 20 minutes. The location on a field next to nothing with a panorama sauna overlooking a track and field sports ground is not the nicest location. Maastrich is not far away at least but we will never go back there again.

Was in the area for a wedding, and the hotel we originally booked closed down, so we last min had to change to this hotel. They accommodated us perfectly. our room had a great view. The shower and toilet were set up like locker room stalls which i guess is the purpose of this hotel, and not for wedding type guests. The service at the restaurant and bar were amazing! very friendly and helpful.

We got a family room: queen bed and bunk beds. The kids preferred that to sharing a pull out sofa. The bathroom was divided (with walls and locks) into 3 areas: toilet, shower and sink could use all at the same time while ensuring privacy for each.

For me, the most important thing a hotel can provide are clean sheets and a clean bathroom. But that's virtually all Fletcher has to offer. I had to stay twice in rapid succession and had two different rooms. The hotel has a strange layout, consists of several parts with a clumsy walk bridge in between. The hotel is mounted against a sports facility (climbing hall) and a soccer stadium . In both rooms there were non functioning (reading) lights, and the reading lights were strangely only mounted at one side of the bed (so either you or your partner could not read). One had a faulty lock. Staff is pleasant.

De kamer was klein maar goed, enkel het uitzicht was erbarmelijk. Op 2 ijzeren wanden kijken is nu echt niet rustgevend. Je zat precies in een stalen koker. Muren van douche aan onderhouden toe. Schimmel. Het eten in het restaurant was zeer goed. Bediening liep wat stroef

lauw bier als start, badkamervloer een plas water, het ergste was het diner s 'avonds. gereserveerd voor 20:00 uur komen 15 min later, bestellen het keuze menu met als dessert ijs. Krijgen te horeen dat het dessert niet kan want dat is te laat voor de keuken, Via de receptie moeten regelen dat we toch een dessert zouden krijgen. Tijdens de hoofdmaaltijd, komt de bedienening met het dessert (IJS). Ziet dat we nog met de hoofdmaaltijd bezig zijn, "Oh U bent nog niet klaar". Wilt U het zo lang even koud zetten in de diepvries of zo is ons antwoord. na 25 min krijgen we een grootdeels een gesmolten ijs-dessert geserveerd. Door de enige vriendelijke -niet "witte"- ober krijgen we er apart een paar koude ijs-bolletjes in een kom bij. PS de wellnes inrichting met heel veel roestvrijstaal is heel erg uitglij gevoelig

Mauvaise expérience la semaine passée dans cet hôtel où nous avions déjà séjourné et nous en étions content... Chambre familiale alors que nous étions deux, cela pas grave mais la chambre était lugubre, surtout pas propre, pas de produit pour se laver, quasi pas d'éclairage, douche défectueuse. La famille à côté de notre chambre a fait un chaut incroyable jusque 4h du matin, impossible de dormir. Quant on a signalé cela à l'accueil et demandé une possibilité de changer de chambre, plus de place selon une personne à l'accueil et possible avec supplément de 15 euros selon une autre... Qu'était la réalité?...Nous avions pourtant une réservation wellness. Nous avons donc payé la différence. La salle de repas était encombrée lors de notre repas (néanmoins bon), par des coussins de fauteuils extérieurs entassés par terre juste à côté de nous... La table pas propres et collantes. La serveuse qui renverse du vin en le servant et n'essuie même pas. Les deux tables de chaque côtés, n'ont été débarrassées qu'en fin de notre repas alors que les clients étaient partis bien avant nous. Et pour clôturé, j'avais oublié un sac dans la chambre, je suis donc allée à l'accueil et la jeune fille me dit ne rien avoir trouvé alors que la chambre avait été nettoyée, j'ai insisté et elle a daigné aller voir dans les objets perdus, mon sac y était bien, il contenait un appareil photo, un chargeur batterie et diverses choses... Si je n'avais pas insisté, je n'aurais pas récupéré ce sac... Et tout cela sans un geste commercial ou du moins "désolée"...

Het Fletcher hotel ligt naast het stadion, verder is het een treurige bedoeling. Het hotel is sfeerloos net als het personeel. Boeking was bevestigd maar stond niet in het systeem, na lang aandringen kreeg ik toch een kamer. Kamers zijn sober en erg gehorig. De bedden slecht (kuilen). Het eten is al even kleurloos als het hotel. Ik zou het niemand aanraden.

L'hotel est grand, très grand ! on y trouve salle de bowling, murs d'escalade, spa (attention dénudé !!!! maillot interdit) .. Accueil sympathique et bon petit déjeuner . Par contre, gros bémol, lorsque l'hotel accueille des combats de boxe ou kick boxing, aucune place de parking n'est réservée pour les clients 5vraiment dommage car nous payons la place de parking !!)
