Hotel Eden

After 5 nights in Hotel Eden, I have to say that I absolutely love this place. Great location in "first" part of Sirmione's Old Town, so short little walk outside from the Historic gate, if you need taxi or bus and water taxi's pier is right next to the hotel. Really friendly staff and absolutely stunning breakfast, including everything from Prosecco to local cakes, cheeses etc.etc. Our room was spacious, with comfy bed and huge balcony facing beautiful lake 20 metres away. Someday we will go back to Sirmione and Eden will be our only choice!

This is a great spot, we had a huge room, with a large balcony facing the water with a spectacular view. Surprisingly little furniture in the room so a bit short on storage space. Breakfast and drinks on the patio overlooking the water was a delight. All the staff were great, even got to see a music video getting filmed while we were there. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, warm & welcoming, spotlessly clean, the BEST staff…honestly I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Eden. From the minute we arrived we felt like we were in a top class hotel, and one where you were instantly made feel at home. Our rooms were really good sized, myself and my sister shared a classic room and my dad was in a lake view balcony room. The rooms were cleaned daily by the gorgeous housekeeping staff, and each morning there was a fab buffet breakfast laid on with everything from pastries to hot food to fresh fruit bowls, yoghurts, crackers, pancakes, I mean honestly there was nothing missed out!! And I am seriously going to miss the gorgeous terrace overlooking the lake! The hotel is really well located in the centre of everything, with a plethora of restaurants and sights within a very short walking distance. What really made Hotel Eden for me was the staff. Grace, Robert, Nataly, Paola, Omar and all the the rest of the staff (I’m so sorry I don’t have everyone’s name), these guys are some of the hardest working, nicest & caring people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot give you enough praise! This was a very special trip for us, our Dad hadn’t been away since before my Mam and nephew passed away, so it has been over 8 years since his last holiday and you guys really helped make this holiday as good as it was. Thank you so much for everything and we will most definitely be back for a visit!

Excellent hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very clean and modern hotel ,a great position right on the lake shore and next to the jetty and booking office for all of the lake ferries ,we would definitely return ,many thanks to Robert behind the bar who kept us entertained evey night Breakfast was OK, but they do try to put on a hot version however the bacon is rather over done ,but that is the only thing ,everything else was good ,we are in Italy after all

Excellent hotel located in the old town and right on the water front. The hotel is clean and rooms well appointed and includes a kettle. Rooms with a balcony over looking the lake are worth the extra cost. The breakfast, buffet style, has excellent choice of food. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great garden and sun deck for relaxing and watching all the activity as the boats come and go. This was a second visit to this hotel and would certainly stay again and recomend to friends and family.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it literally sits next to Lake Garda. Our room, with its terrace facing the Lake provided a great way to enjoy terrific views of the Lake. We ran into an issue with a lost cell phone in a taxi, and the front desk staff jumped on it immediately and helped us retrieve it. The hotel is centrally located and has many restaurants within walking distance.

We had our forth stay in Hotel Eden end of September. Love this hotel with its lovely location next to the jetty. Book a lakeside room with a balcony, it is wonderful. Also loved the breakfast area outside and a good selection of food and drinks. Staff were great and helpful. We were transferring to another hotel for two nights end on to 7 in Eden and the manager took us in his own car, much appreciated. Sirmione is our favourite place on Garda and Eden is a favourite hotel. Also good to note its central location with a great choice of bars and restaurants.

Hotel Eden is a brilliant small and friendly boutique lakeside hotel right in the heart of Sirmione. The rooms and facilities are superb and ALL the staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is situated near to the jetty where there is an excellent ferry service that provides regular service to numerous resorts providing opportunities for days out to tour the vast lake. This was our first visit to Sirmione and enjoyed the resort and Hotel so much on the last day of our holiday we booked to visit again next year. We both highly recommend both the Hotel and resort.

We returned after 4 years, lost pandemic, superb location within the city walls, excellent breakfast buffet and well equipped rooms. Rooms 103, 203 and 303 are all full lake view rooms with large balconies. Highly recommended. Very good staff, helpful and efficient if you require any assistance with issues. We needed to change our departure arrangements at very short notice and all was resolved with no fuss at all. We travelled by ItaliaRail to Desenzano and the hotel arranged a private transfer door to door. We will be back.
