Hotel Malaysia is a well-located hotel in Georgetown, Penang, offering comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and a rooftop restaurant with city views. Ideal for travelers exploring Penang’s heritage sites.Unfortunately,there're not enough signal for tv and the channel is limited.

The hotel location is superb.. it is along the Penang Road that was very easily can find hawkers foods. The hotel provide slipper for those who do not bring to walk around the city. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Old building look but inside were newly renovated, the same for the room. Overall are not bad, with free parking, 24 hours mart downstair. The breakfast choices are not much but still able to have full breakfast with nice sea or city view. No swimming pool but my kids were able to enjoy in the bath tub.

They have everything you need for a hotel room. Big window which you can see city and sea view.

The hotel location at Jalan Penang , George town Penang. Room is clean and tidy. Air-conditioning is cool. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Deposit Rm50. Easy to get the food and beverage at surrounding area by walking distance.

Don't recommend paying extra RM30 for the breakfast voucher. The selection is very limited, don't even have the standard Nasi Lemak or kuih.

Everything was fine room with a view and also middle in town it’s very convenient to walkinh nearby to most of the streets but air conditioner can’t feel the cool and also the pipe at toilet is leaking informed to customers service but no one come and check on it even thought didn’t follow up also.

One star motel which is run down. Super noisy in the mornings with maids hollering at each other and walkie-talkies on high volume. Walls scuffed and one damaged. Thread bare towels and you have to pay an exta 7 myr for an extra one. Pillows stained if you look inside the cover. Soap dispensers in bad shape. Definitely not worth it. Coffee shop is closed.

My overall experience with the hotel is okay in terms of room cleanliness and the location. However, the hotel does not allow guests to add on additional amenities as they are chargeable. So means if your towel is wet, you’ll have to deal with it 😅. The staffs are friendly, except I met a female receptionist who’s cocky and spoke to me about chargeable amenities.

Good located hotel in George Town. Value for money. Plenty of car parking amenities. Near great food outlets with plenty of pubs. Lovely heritage trails to follow

Terrible old bedsheet with stains, very low pressure water shower, room is dark not enough lighting
