Beautiful place. The drive to the hotel was spectacular and you cannot get a better view then the Alps. The attention given to us during our anniversary was beautiful. Did not have the chance to try the spa, however went to visit it. Just beautiful and looked so relaxing. Hope to come back and see you.

The hotel appears to be on a savings spree, with little attention paid to maintaining a guest experience worthy of a 4*S venue. The proportion of staff with little to no experience has increased to levels where a 3* hotel experience is barely justifiable. Staff with experience are so few and far between that they are stressed and unable to offer their attention to all the visitors. Simple things suddenly feel stressful, like preparing a cappuccino (hint: if it doesn't fit in the cup the way the coffee machine makes it, take a larger cup?) or a Spritz (it's not a recipe that requires two barmen...) In terms of room upkeep, daily calls were required post-room-cleaning to have the basic amenities replenished (empty shower gel bottle not replaced, empty toilet paper roll didn't trigger toilet paper to be replenished, ...) And when the hotel wrote Breakfast Included they didn't really mean it, at least not in a 4*S hotel sense. The breakfast buffet includes still a standard selection of ex-bottle juices, yoghurts, ham/cheese/salami/smoked salmon selection, sausages, baked beans, cold boiled eggs, etc. But when it comes to requests for hot options, a (over)fried egg served with... nothing, now costs CHF 3 extra. Two omelets with ham and cheese for children during breakfast cost CHF 18 extra. In summary, for service levels today, level of a 3 star hotel at best. Price-wise, no longer justifiable.

The hotel is nice and the SPA is good. Is over priced and the service is really terrible!when you spend certain money you expect a lot more then this.Food very very average as well. Let’s put it like that …ok experience but I wouldn’t come back.

This is a solid 4 star hotel that is perfect for a few days skiing in the 4-vallées region: Pros: • comfortable and spacious rooms with very nice bathrooms • close to main ski lift so that can be on gondola within 5 mins of leaving hotel • Close to all restaurants etc that Nendaz has to offer • Nice breakfast included • Nice spa (free for hotel guests) Cons: • Swiss prices !!!! • not ski-in/out • hotel doesn’t have much of an atmosphere • boot and ski room accessed via car parking area which is not very pleasant • Spa can get full of non-hotel guests(paying guests) All-in-all this is a great location if you want to ski the 4-vallees area (but don’t fancy Verbier). The hotel is fine although it wouldn’t warrant a premium price over other local options.

Amazing location. Comfortable rooms. I would recommend the Mountain View rooms which are really worth it. The partial view rooms have a nice view but a shared balcony which is accessible to practically anyone.. we had an issue with our room which was promptly and professionally sorted by the staff at desk we were very pleased ! Spa is nice, a bit crowded but very enjoyable ! Breakfast was amazing. 10/10 will return soon!

Let's start with the good: nice style, modern rooms, good location, has a parking (once you have your room key). Now the not so good. Most windows have views on a wall (you can see from their picture), parts of the hotel have clearly not been renovated, attention to details is missing, and "service" is well below expectation/price. They cancelled my reservation 4 days before i arrived (yet managed to find me a room). Disorganised. Understaffed. And honestly not very friendly to the guests. I hope my Swiss compatriots will quickly level up their service - the world has changed and at the price asked, the service is not up to it sorry!

Spa was awesome! So many options. Kids welcome during day hours. Couples (Duo) massage was so relaxing! Highly recommend. For sure an all day activity. The outdoor pool with panoramic views of the mountains does not disappoint. Multiple hot saunas (wet, dry, ect), cold plunge pool

It’s a winter wonderland. The Hotel is amazing, the staff are fantastic. We had our 2 year old working cocker spaniel and they made sure he was ok, bowls of water at breakfast and even gave him a bowl of sausages.
The spa was fantastic, magical and romantic the views are incredible, we are definitely going back, but next time without our dog. So we can enjoy the spa together!
