There were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion.

位置好，在高速旁邊，進城半個多小時。房間乾淨整潔，布草舒適，有開水壺。晚上十點多到，提前2、3個小時訂的，也收到確認函了，前台電腦卻找不到訂單，折騰了半天，先辦理了入住，讓第二天早上再到前台確認。早上去前台，衹有一個人還要忙餐廳早餐，説要走了，他説ok。

場所が高速道路のガソリンスタンドのすぐそばで、これが便利かどうかは人によって異なるのではないでしょうか。 ツアー観光客のかたが多く泊まられてましたが、私は個人観光だったので、少し不便を感じました。

從來未住過咁無語嘅酒店，一波三折，入去又難，出去又難。原來數分鐘是指20幾分鐘，公司欺騙消費者，叫佢退款又唔肯。一尾講到自己冇錯咁，都唔知呢間咩公司嚟㗎，專門呃學生錢，冇良心，影響旅程體驗。 朝早9:30去食早餐，咩嘢早餐都冇晒又唔識補充，哎，又食垃圾，地理位置不佳，入又入5到，出都出5到去，叫Uber 十次十次都取消🤮🤮🤮🤮

L'hôtel est un peu loin de la ville et pas desservi par les transports mais si vous êtes véhiculé c'est très bien. Propre et bon service, je recommande

TV not working! There were spider web on the walls also the nepresso machine water tank had never been cleaned it was stained... bed sheet had black stains on them. The carpet looked like had not been hoovered. Horrible experience we had to change hotels in the middle of the day

Excellent trip review for the second time in Brussels. Location to my friend's house is great and on the out skirt of the city landmark which I visited. Close to auto route and has a filling station for quick refill

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Brussels South when returning from Austria on a coach trip. From the outside none of us were impressed, the building looks very austere, but on the inside it has been done up to a very high standard. The member of staff on during the evening was rather rude, but the morning staff were excellent. The room was clean but had some wear and tear showing. The TV had BBC1 and BBC2 listed as available channels but didn't work when I was there, but did have some random English language channels if you absolutely needed them. The room had plenty of charging points, with 1 USB charger under the TV. The bathroom seemed very new, but the shower head was at a fixed angle which meant a lot of spray went straight onto the bathroom floor. Even arriving latish at night the shower had very good water pressure and heated up quickly. The bed was comfortable, but was two singles pushed together so I did find I graviated to the dip between them. The pillows were fine, not the best but also not the worst. Breakfast here was a little choatic, but not as bad as in another Best Western I stayed in. This hotel had a number of coach trips in, and each was given their own time for breakfast - unfortunately some of the later coaches arrived at the first sitting, so the staff did have to rush around to ensure the food was kept fully stocked, but did so with a very friendly manner - especially considering the way some of the travellers spoke to them. Location wise this hotel is about 2 hours from the ferry at Dunkirk, there aren't really any amenities nearby, but there are two service stations close by if you wanted some food in the evening. I'd certainly consider staying at this hotel in the future, more likely on a weekday when there are no coach trips.

Located on the motorway. Advertised as having a restaurant but there is no restaurant. Coffee not available, no bar service, arrived back in room after a day out about 5:00 to find the room had not been made up. The only coffee available is at the aire (services) a walk across a busy access road. Breakfast adequate.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful, We would like to thank especially Mr. Güray and Ms. Nawel for their help. We would definitely like to visit again, we recommend this hotel

Very disappointed with this property and *********** Booked a superior room with Half Board only to be told when I arrived they do not offer Half Board, however you can go onto the Best Western site and book Half Board so I was very confused When I raised this with front desk I was told they could do nothing, when I went to pay I was charged Half Board rate and the added my meals and would not refund me, I was told they have no control over *********** rates. Also the restaurant is not open Friday, Saturday or Sunday So again offering Half Board is false and misleading Then the Room I was given was supposed to be superior, however a colleague was staying in a standard room and his was identical n every way to mine, again ripped off is how I felt, again when raised I was told it was nothing to do with them and I should take it up with *********** But you can select this superior room on the Best Western site so again false and misleading information. Room was nice, shower could have done with maintenance to fix the multiple leaks in the nozzle but aside from that it was fine. Breakfast was a non event Most mornings there was little available and when a crowd arrived there was even less. Staff are nice but appear to have their hands tied in terms of financial issues.
