房間還算大，但是房間設施設計不合理，酒店早餐很少，就幾户客房還不能完全滿足客人需求，需要客人到位才能供應，食物很少，幾乎沒有什麼選擇！酒店經理極其傲慢無禮，完全無視客人要求，對客人住店期間的人身安全隱患置若罔聞！極其差勁的體驗！卧室裏房樑上居然會掉落圖釘，和酒店交涉完全無視，認為是其他住店客人所為！荒謬絕倫！酒店經理完全以酒店商業利益為出發！ The hotel manager is extremely arrogant and disrespectful, completely ignoring the guest's requests and ignoring any personal safety hazards during their stay! 滿足我對民宿的期待，早餐咖啡非常優秀。在老城區，老房子改成的民宿，開窗就是街道。圖一是民宿接待處、其實就是一個大套房的客廳，整個民宿房間很少，想體驗老城區民宿的可以一試，還有個公共露台，天氣好喝咖啡坐一坐應該很棒，可惜我住的時候是雨天。但是停車場和check in time都不太方便，要有心理準備

在一座老房子裏，露台十分優雅，去景點非常方便。

The staff was very helpful finding us dining options for Christmas Eve. The room was exquisite and the breakfast was excellent as well as the attentive breakfast staff.

The diamond suite was outstanding! The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

This hotel was so beautiful and the breakfast in the morning was great! I would definitely stay here again, everything within walking distance.

The position was in the old town walking distance to all the sights. Staff were friendly and very helpfull. Our accomodation was perfect. There is a small lift or lots of stairs. Breakfast was good. Close to bus stop.15 euro by taxi from train station. Great recommendations for dinner. Will defiantly stay there next time we are in Siena.
