Wonderful location, near the Riverside, and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. What would once have been beautiful buildings are in serious need of renovation. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Lovely staff, perfect location. Directly across from the Rambutan who do fabulous cocktails. Breakfast was extremely basic without any proper effort put in by the staff which is disappointing. Instant coffee was also a bit surprising considering how great coffee can be around there. All in all still a great little place. Oh yeah the pool does need a big overhaul too

Its a great hotel. I came with my family and I really liked it. The pool is so nice and also the rooms are very cosy. For the price you will not find anything better. And the breakfast was very good. It is very near the city center and have good restaurants not so far

The staff were absolutely excellent. So nice and so helpful, they really made our stay. Sophann was so so helpful and helped us book Tuk Tuks and a tour of Angkor Wat and the small tour temples. We also had great service from Mr Dy who helped us with travel to and from the bus stations. We are very grateful to all staff members. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay a further three nights, which the staff helped accommodate for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was a included in the price and had an egg station where the chef would cook you your own eggs, anyway you wanted them, which we thought was a nice touch. Was in a really good location too, walkable to pub street and the night markets but in a nice quiet road away from all the noise.

The day I’ve arrived at the boutique was early in the morning, I have asked them to check in early, and they offered me without hesitation. Most of the host there are very friendly and helpful. Location is recommended it’s close to Night Market and Pub Street. But the pool there isn’t clean and the room is a bit leaking, and at day time the water came out very less. The room is a little bit old

The best part about staying at Residence Wat Damnak is the people. Every member of the staff will bend over backwards to make your stay perfect. The hotel itself consists of unique rooms. Pick up and drop off at the airport is included. Breakfast is included. Drivers are always at the ready to take you where you want to go. I highly recommend!

Sadly we got off to a bad when they gave my room away. I was several hours late booking in as my plane was cancelled and I had to wait for the next. I was given another room on the groubd floor. It was crowded. With two karge beds and barely room to move. The sink was blocked and I had to keep the curtains closed as the windows looked onto a path. The maids seem to come at any time to clean the room. Normally when I was resting. I endured all that. Then with only 8 hours left before I leave I am being asked to move to another room. Crazy.

Unfortunately a very bad experience at Residence Wat Danmack. We booked a deluxe double room with pool view, round trip transfer to and from airport. The details stated it included a balcony, outdoor sitting area with table. When we arrived we were shown to a very small room , away from the pool, no view, no balcony or outdoor area. After much discussion, we were moved to a larger nicer room but will no pool view, balcony or outdoor area as we were told these rooms were full , even though they continued to be advertised throughout the period of our stay. The wifi in the room did not work, the shower was poor. We were promised a move to another room on our second night which we did. This room was nicer, close to pool but the way the rooms are set up means your shutters have to be closed . No private patio/outdoor area. On leaving, we were charged for the shuttle to the airport, despite promises and advertising that this was a free shuttle service. The description of the property on all booking and advertising sites is very misleading. It was very difficult communicating with most of the staff and we kept having to go through arrangements over and over again. Only one staff member was able to provide any information about tours/tickets, etc. Although in a good location, the property was otherwise very different from the description. What was meant to be a special end to our trip turned into a big disappointment, a lot of hassle and upheaval. I would definitely not recommend it.

“Super rapport qualité prix” Hôtel avec piscine , l'hôtel est très calme. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. On est parti à 06h00 AM ils nous ont préparé un p'tit dej a emporter pour l'aéroport. Le p'tit dej était compris dans nos nuités. ils est très bon. Attention l'adresse sur Agoda n'est pas bonne. L'entrée se situe dans une petite ruelle. Adresse: 17 Rambutan Ln krong.

Séjour exceptionnel, le staff est adorable. On avait l'impression d'être accueilli par la famille. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la piscine est top ＜3 L'emplacement est idéal proche de tout à pied, le vieux marché, pub street et pourtant au calme.
