A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Otel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da. Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli. Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir: 1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir. 2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi 3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

This was our second visit to Barut Andiz and again we weren’t disappointed. All the other reviews say the same things as we experienced. This is a hotel you can trust. The real positives are: The staff - each and every one of them goes above and beyond to ensure you have the perfect stay. It would be unfair to single people out but Ergan the manager is always visible and chats to you and Halit makes excellent cocktails in the lobby bar. Our cleaner (Emine) ensured our room was spotless throughout our stay. The food - it is amazing and will ensure you come back overweight! So much variety and much cooked freshly as show food. Never any queues and always enough to go round. Service at the tables is good ensuring you have drinks and plates are cleared away quickly. Cleanliness - the hotel is spotless throughout, always being cleaned. Poolside is the same. There are a couple of house cats which make themselves at home so be prepared for that. They aren’t intrusive and keep themselves to themselves often bagging a sunbed! Our room (1242) was fantastic. I personally loved the jacuzzi on our spacious balcony. Plenty of space for clothes, with separate shower and toilet. Air conditioning was good and maintenance fixed things immediately if anything went wrong. Entertainment - Jimmy did a fab job organising events in the pool and there were daily fitness programmes you could take part in if you wished (no pressure). The evening entertainment was good with singing acts, quizzes and a silent disco but our favourite was the foam pool party. A great experience even for 50+ year olds! Sunbeds - no problem getting these even though there were some who got up early to bag their favourite spot. The hotel did warn against this and threatened to remove towels if they weren’t occupied for an hour. Pool towels are changed daily at the spa. Craig and Sarah, the reps, were always on hand if anything was not to your liking. We booked the adults only boat trip which was worth the extra money. A great trip with your own space on the boat, lovely food and swim stops. My wife and I would recommend this. There is so much to explore with Side about a 25 min walk away and lots of local shops to buy ‘fake’ goods. The sea was lovely and warm too. Our only gripe was the transfer time. On booking it said 1 hour but with all the stops on the way there it was 1.5 hours and on the way home it was 2 hours. Not the hotel’s fault but maybe something Tui need to look at. All in all another fabulous stay and yes, like most others, we will definitely return in the future.

What a special holiday! From the moment of our warm welcome to our friendly farewell, and to all the wonderful moments in between, we simply loved our stay. The Barut Andiz delivers on all fronts. We used the well-appointed fitness suite to start our day each morning, followed by a delicious iced coffee around the pool, yummy breakfast, tasty lunch and delicious dinners. The coffee shop area is a lovely touch providing a lighter option on those days when you don’t fancy a heavy lunch. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and inspected by staff and consequently is immaculate, and I mean, immaculate. Housekeeping was outstanding and the extra touches around the room (bathroom products, well stocked fridge, slippers etc) were all very tasteful. The little messages around the room were also well pitched, including our farewell letter. We were also provided with a breakfast bag upon departure (we hadn’t requested this) to help ease our journey home - the team literally think of everything. Evening entertainment is great. A wide range of acts from country to a silent disco to operatic! There’s something for everyone. A special shout out must go to the restaurant staff. Their level of performance and efficiency were second to none. Also, the bar staff around the pool, quickly learnt our orders and added that personal touch to our visits to the bar. Everything here feels sincere. You feel that the staff want you there. One member of the team even said to me ‘we want you to have the best experience’. I can understand why so many people return. My friend and I feel so lucky to have been experienced the Barut Andiz ‘magic’ ❤️ To finish, I must also mention Sarah, our TUI Guide, who was super. She recommended the adults’ only TUI boat trip and it was incredible. She also gave us lots of other tips regarding the hotel and local area. She is clearly dedicated to her job and her guests - well done to her and a big thank you. Thank you to everyone for making this trip so amazing…

We had read the amazing reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. Our flight had been delayed, so we did not arrive until after midnight, however we were looked after and offered drinks and snacks. Excellent food choices and quality, fabulous cocktail menu and great entertainment programme, however what sets this hotel apart is the staff, every single one of them tries to ensure your stay is relaxed, stress free and enjoyable, no wonder so many return year after year.

Wow, what a fantastic holiday we've just had here. Everyone at this hotel works incredibly hard to make your holiday memorable and as specialas it can be. From the service, the food, the beach, the pool, it is all just amazing. This was out first ever visit to Turkey and to visit this hotel, it was perfect. We celebrated our anniversary and were given some extra treats. The drinks and food available were fantastic and we certainly indulged a bit too much, but hey that's what holidays are about! Just back from the most perfect holiday at the Barut Andiz. From the moment you are welcomed into the Andiz family when you arrive, to when the management and staff wave you off when you leave, this hotel is really special. It is not the biggest (plus for us) or the glitziest, but what shines is the service from all staff in all areas. The food was beautiful, hot and varied. Hallit's cocktails in the Lobby Bar were consistently brilliant and we never struggled to find a sunbed. If you like a very laid back vibe, then you can't go wrong. Will definitely return. This was our second visit to this great hotel. I think it was even better than we remembered. Everything was so clean, from our room to the restaurant, pool and all the public areas. The staff really make this hotel, they all work incredibly hard to make everything perfect. The food is excellent, and a special thanks to the chef for making a dessert just for us, because I said I liked it on our first visit . What a lovely gesture. We spent time on the beach, and couldn't believe how we were looked after so well by the guy that works there. Bringing us cold drinks, food and ice-cream all day. He worked so hard despite the heat. I can't thank everyone enough for making our holiday so lovely. We met some nice people there and had a great time. How can you improve on perfect. Thanks Ergan and all your staff. We stayed at the Barut Andiz for the first time this year. We have been to Turkey many times, but this was our first time in Side. There is, quite literally, nothing to complain about. Every aspect is properly managed, carefully checked and thought about. From cleaning, to security, to drinks, to food. Everything is excellent. I have never seen so much of a general manager. His presence is apparent, every day in every area. Ergin, is obviously very proud of his hotel, and rightly so. You see him everywhere. Each restaurant, the gym, the pool areas. He is the first to set a great example, and will rectify problems himself if he can. His example should be rolled out across the TUI brand, as the right way to run a hotel. He is also a very nice chap. The guests all love him. He is the ultimate professional manager. I am not at all sure when Ergin finds time to sleep, or see his family. He lives, breathes and eats the hotel. You can see he cares. That matters and makes a difference. The staff all respect him and probably fear him a little! The staff all seemed very happy to be there, and were obviously well motivated. They should be very proud of their hotel. We have stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world. This is right up there with the best of them. The hotel is immaculately clean. I mean everywhere. All the little places where dust and grime love to hide are clean. Our room service lady Ayshe, did a marvellous job, and we were very grateful. We were in room 1423, 2nd floor, and overlooking the green spaces to the left of the hotel. Very quiet and pleasant room. On the night of the pool party, (when Ergin got thrown in the pool), Jimmy did an incredible job making everything happen and hosting the evening. The attention to detail was incredible. The mess we made during the party was quite a sight to see. I went to bed about 1 am, tired and tipsy. I got up at 7 next morning to go to the gym, expecting to find the staff still clearing up. There wasn’t a trace of the nights activities. No foam, no blow up palm trees, no foam cannon, no podiums, no DJ booth, no glasses. Nothing. It was as though it had never happened. All of the sunbeds were back in place, the floors cleaned, the pool water fresh and blue. I started wondering if I had dreamt the party. Absolutely incredible effort There are some names which really stand out for effort and attention to detail at this hotel. I knew before we went that everybody loves Halit, the reception bar caption. Now I know why. His attention to detail, care, friendship, and competency are second to none. Without a shadow of doubt the best Barman I have ever met. Ultimately competent and capable. The upstairs restaurant captain Netturin, is an incredible man. He recognises you instantly, knows names, what drinks you like, what you do and don’t like from the menu, and is very proud of his restaurant. The good things you hear about this hotel are true. I can understand why people go again and again. Anything I didn’t like was down to my personal taste, and not something that was the fault of the hotel or staff. The hotel staff are what really make this place shine. The general manager, Ergin talks to everyone each day to make sure you are have a wonderful time. You can tell he really cares. The resort is small for an all inclusive, so naturally the all inclusive food does not have the vast selection each day- but the food is terrific. Thank you chef! Personally I thought the best food nights were the Turkish and seafood night. Surprisingly they serve bacon and sausages at breakfast. The snack restaurant at lunch time is A la carte, which is lovely - I recommend the steak wrap. The maitre ‘D is a fantastic friendly chap. We went there everyday for lunch. Hallet on ‘The Bar’, is a devil and will keep you topped up all evening - don’t start on the Baby Guinness, it could get messy! The spa is a wonderful retreat. We had the diamond package of haman and massage. Very thorough and professional. The relax room is a very nice place to chill to avoid the harshness of the sun. TUI Blue Andiz A superb week in TUI Blue Side. We last stayed here in 2019 and this visit in July has been the best yet. Every staff member is exceptional and tends to all you need making the stay extraordinary. Celebrating our 40th wedding and made extra special at the Cullinarium restaurant on one of the evenings. The main restaurant has been fantastic such choice every evening. Restaurant was absolutely amazing the staff were so obliging Snack bar at lunch was a jem. Superb menu and table service was magnificent Pool boy serving drinks was so sweet Lunch at the snack bar with great choice of menu
