Location is fine, walking distance to some shopping areas. 20 min cab to dongmun market. Not too far from airport too. Opposite hotel there is 24H hypermarket, 7-11 walking distance too. Hotel room floor not very clean, friends’ bring own towels and housekeeping took all without checking. Not able to find back. Only 2 staffs are friendly, the rest are not friendly, surprisingly with this level of hospitality at mature tourist place like Jeju

overall is good but not very near to the food street but consider okay. The toilet sink is stuck..

Hotel is cosy and bed is comfortable. Just like what you see in description. still in pretty good shape! Some hotel image was taken years ago....but Alice and trunk are pretty true to image .... The floor are not carpeted, which i like... Water pressure is good for shower, Spa like shampoo and body wash smells great. There is a 24Hr supermarket right next to the hotel. A roof top bar for chilling out.... cafe and eatery not far away, 5 min away around the hotel Have great open parking lot provided by the hotel. Will stay again if visit Jeju staying and staying in city new town area.

Front desk guys were unfriendly and not helpful. Every time we walked passed the lobby, they were on their phones (both shifts). Room has an interesting plastic/rubbery mat as floor covering. Towels were smelly. The only thing was good was that bed was comfortable but woke up the next day with bumps all over body and face. Looks like bites by ticks or bed bugs. Will not return.

Nice location, near the airport, just few minutes to go airport by taxi. The staff is nice, helping us arrange taxi to airport.

our flight got delayed and we stayed there for an additional 3 nights. the second time we stayed, the room was better!! so i guess it rly depends on your luck 🤔

Very clean, quiet. Convenient (a supermarket and a few convenience stores, bus stations downstairs). Would have been better if the hotel were more welcoming, but they provided assistance when we needed it such as helping with calling a taxi. 很干净，安静，地理位置很方便，楼下就是超市几个便利店和巴士站。唯一遗憾的是服务人员不是很热情，但需要他们帮忙叫车会爽快答应。

Simple fuss free hotel. Affordable and value for money. Nice that the hotel provided disposable cups. Free parking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Almost great condition.

Staff generally does try to be friendly but communication in English is limited. Rooms were somewhat cleaned everyday but do not expect deep cleaning. Refilled water etc for me everyday as well. Loved their kettle and the coffee drip bags they provide. Condition of room: There was dust in many places and stains on the walls and curtains. The towels and bath robes provided was already fraying. Consider replacing please. There is only one lift in the hotel but I never had to wait too long for one. Bed was comfy, same with pillows which were down. Just that there was a strange thing on my last day. The put 2 of the 4 pillows on the floor when I came back. Not sure what they expected me to do with it.

Seamless stay in Jeju! Alice and Trunk hotel is conveniently located in the Jeju city area, close to restaurants and shops. Also close to the airport (10 mins by taxi). Room was large, well maintained, nothing to complain about. All good!

The hotel was easy to find on Naver App, and it also had the options for guest to park at a dedicated carpark or to use their valet options. The service we got was really great! When we first arrive, our car key battery had some issues and the front desk helped to call the rental car company to get some help! And in addition, the next day we needed help to call a taxi which the front desk lady willingly helped! Unfortunately, the only down side was that they couldn’t help us with food delivery as we needed a Korean mobile number to do so. Otherwise, the vibe of the hotel was very modern and clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable! With a 7-eleven just down the street, I will totally recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Jeju City and intending to drive!
