Dịch vụ xe buggy kém chất lượng và nhân viên tỏ ra thô lỗ khi chúng tôi yêu cầu chỗ ngồi rộng hơn do phải mang theo hành lý xách tay và hành lý, khăng khăng đòi chúng tôi chiếm không gian chật chội. Ngoài ra, bóng bay bất ngờ xuất hiện trong hồ bơi khi chúng tôi đang bơi.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service I recently received during staycay on 18-20 June 2024. Our room was 465. We are grateful that the company trains all the employees to have tip-top services. With polite, friendly and warm welcome. With their hard work and dedication, we would like to suggest giving them a token or promotion for their journey. The one that went the extra mile and pleasure that warmed our heart are Daniel, Suraya, Benjo and Joemer. Do not hesitate to call and email me for clarification.

Super good service provided. The food also delicious. Especially their breakfast has few options, with good taste and quality! Thank you and sure will come back in future.

It has a beautiful environment Staff are friendly and friendly the food is delicious too Suitable for a relaxing place for the whole family

The service of all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is not so cheap and drinks aswell but still acceptable. Kids really enjoyed the private room pool, so maybe please maintain it more cleanly. Place is really good for family and actually no need to take other booking for water activities its all inside the resort.

Too much dim light which is not necessary. Prefer brighter room with some white and warm white lamp, not all warm white

Room was great and only problem was the hawker stall by the beach were closed.

This my first time holiday at lexis hibiscus PD, service at front desk smooth, explaination given mr kuhan to me eccellent plus bring my small family tour arround hibiscus, room nice, pool clean, food for breakfast buffet delicious

Overall experience my stay here was great. It is a good rest and relax staycation I will book again my next holiday. However in the cleanliness as one of the king size bed sheet dirty with some spotted stained. Ants were found in the room. During the evening and dawn hours, there were lots of birds as there were nest just beside our level 7 corner and bird **** were spotted. The outdoor activity was also closed nearby the beach side.
