Hotel seems more concerned about hosting large wedding functions than cleaning the rooms. At breakfast buffet sat down with a full plate of food - un touched, got up to get an orange juice, was gone less than a few minutes - returned to find it has been totally cleared.... Was womens hair in bath on arriving in the room and then the sink would not drain also. It's very hit and miss at a lot of the dead sea hotels, especially in terms of cleanliness, but certainly it's disappointing when you can't clean something for the next guest - but you are happy to waste food...

The experience was truly pleasant as it was not crowded, clean, and quiet.

我覺得這家萬豪很棒，就是晚餐可選擇的不多，我最後選的叫餐到房間吃的，有私家海灘，有接駁車去海灘，海灘的服務小哥很有意思，英語不好，但是游到很遠去接不會游泳而漂到太遠回不來的我，很滿意，很出片！

수영장과 해변, 해질녘 사해 뷰 모두 좋았습니다 특히 다이닝 패키지에 포함된 저녁 식사가 아주 훌륭했습니다 다만 리셉션과 식당의 서비스가 정말 아쉬웠습니다 체크인시 다이닝 패키지로 석식이 포함되어 있는지 확인하였는데, 리셉션에서 제 예약에 석식이 포함되어 있지 않다고 했습니다 다시 한번 문의했는데 제대로 확인하지도 않고 불포함이라고 단호하게 얘기했습니다 방에 가서 제 예약에 석식이 포함되어 있음을 확인하고 리셉션에 다시 문의하자 다른 직원이 포함되어 있다고 확인해주었습니다 그러면 도대체 처음 직원은 확인도 해보지 않은 것인가요? 그리고 리셉션에서 알려준 식당으로 갔지만 문이 잠겨 있었습니다 다시 리셉션에 올라와서 식당 문이 잠겨 있다고 하니 그 옆의 다른 식당을 가보라고 했습니다 그 식당에서 석식이 진행되었습니다 뭔가 리셉션과 식당 사이에 소통이 잘 되지 않는 것인지 의문이 듭니다 저녁 식사는 매우 맛있었지만 디저트 주문이 잘못 들어갔습니다 저는 주문한 디저트를 기다리고 있었는데 30분이 지나도록 서버들이 제대로 확인도 해주지 않았습니다 문의를 해도 확인해보겠다고만 하고 어떤 상황인지 제가 더 기다려야 하는지 전혀 알려주지 않았습니다 몇차례 문의한 끝에 주문이 잘못 들어가서 이미 다른 디저트를 제공하였는데, 다시 주겠다며 제가 주문한 디저트를 주었습니다 펍에서도 제가 입장하고 아무도 자리를 안내해주거나 메뉴를 주지 않고 저를 그냥 세워두었습니다 훌륭한 시설과 좋은 음식, 메리어트의 명성에도 불구하고 아쉬운 서비스가 여행을 불쾌하게 하는 곳이었습니다 서비스가 개선되리라 기대하겠습니다

物業老化，但整體還是五星級水準，服務比較到位。美中不足時，在利用冬季，也就是淡季裝修改造，所以有些不便和噪音。酒店裡頭就有死海，可以漂浮，附近很生態

Sehr schönes hochwertiges Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und toller Lage. Wir buchten das Hotel wegen dem privaten Zugang zum Strand am Toten Meer. Es war ausreichend Platz zum Baden und toll angelegt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und wir hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück war äußerst lecker und die Auswahl war großartig. Die Poolanlagen waren auch toll, obwohl das Wasser im Whirlpool etwas zu kühl für mich war.

房間很乾凈，工作人員很友好. 風景超級棒！唯一的確定就是不允許帶食物進入，進入酒店前會有兩道安檢檢查是否帶食物. 內部食物價格和法國食物價格差不多！

房間都有一個小陽台，挺舒服。有好幾個游泳池，孩子玩得不亦樂乎！晚餐的餐廳也很不錯，早餐的品種也是非常多。

Die Service im Hotel ist sehr gut, Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Die Betten äußerst bequem. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee sind gut, aber noch außergewöhnlich. Leider war der Innenpool geschlossen, was auf der Seite des Hotels nicht vermerkt wurde! Der „Strand“ ist eine Katastrophe!!! Es liegen Sandsäcke rum, über die man steigen muss wenn man ins Meer reingehen möchte. Es ist rutschig und total gefährlich. Das können andere Hotels, welche auch ein Problem mit absteigendem Wasser haben, viel besser! Man kann es nicht Strand nennen!  Somit ist der Preis total überzogen. Ich könnte das Hotel mit diesem Strands nicht mit ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht eine Erneuerung.
