We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights wit family. Exterior all clean & nice. Rooms good but the apartment floor is so sticky & oily. Don’t feel like walking barefoot. The balcony was so dirty. U def need to wear slippers! Swimming area was clean. But it’s far for shopping like in T.nagar & airport. Need to travel which I hate.

The cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Amenities and other facilities are also good. Besides staff behaviour is also very good. But during hotel check in you have to go to your room by carrying all your staff. There were no staff there to guide you to your room.

Very happy about hotel stay last week we enjoyed the trip and excellent amenities . Gym trainer Muttu has given excellent hospitality . Over all good hotel . This is very near to all it companies and shopping malls . Need improvement in restaurants service as it took much time when order food

Very good room cleaning services provided here. I stayed here for two weeks and everyday room cleaning services was provided. I'm very happy with all the services. Govinda was my room clean service provider. He is very polite and helpful.thanks

Rafijula khan Its was a good times in citadinne, all the staffs were good especially the house keepers they made feel us like our own home. A guy name Rafijula Khan was in charge of my apartment he was very nice and kind to me , when I need anything he provideds me accordingly.

Great service provided by the hotel, especially Rafijula Khan, never said no when I asked him for room service, very polite and a really great person. Great experience at the hotel, the staff is really polite and well mannered. The breakfast provided is really great. The rooms are really well maintained and just the experience of stay is really great. Overall a nice experience.

Rafijula khan He is a very modest and well behaved person I like his personality very much as he was very professional at his work . The room cleaning, laundry service, corridor cleaning were best. I recommend Citadine to recruit peopl like Rafijula.

The room was well-maintained, and the staff, particularly Rafijul Khan, is excellent. He is polite and attentive, just like the rest of the team, who always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend the stay over herebif you are in chennai
