It was a great vacation, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service and staff, and also the location of the hotel were very nice ... But I would like to note that booking through this site is for Eastern Europe only, so the balance will paid in the hotel, this is happen with me because I didn’t knew that

酒店算四星還是五星吧，很大，該有的設施基本都有了，酒店房間有陽台。拖鞋，牙刷牙膏這些和大多數酒店一樣沒有，沐浴露有，但沒洗髮水。一日三餐的自助餐種類還算比較豐盛，品種比較齊全，至於口味就見仁見智了。酒店晚上還有派對，還是挺high的。酒店整體住宿體驗還是聽不錯的。

酒店棒極了!房間不算大，但是有陽台可以看見落日。員工熱情，有禮貌，酒店有6個餐廳，一天到晚隨時可以吃到東西，而且食物豐富，美味可口!酒店還有自己的沙灘，真的很棒!

給小費的話服務員會非常殷勤 不然就是自助 吃喝還行不過別太期待了 呆了兩天兩夜覺得還行 多了就會厭煩吧 酒店硬件挺舊的

房間還行，餐食也不錯，亮點在於俄羅斯妞特別多！其實這也不是酒店的原因，赫爾格達是俄羅斯烏克蘭人傳統的度假旅遊目的地。

酒店環境還可以挺好的。

종합적인 평가는 최고임. 음식, 서비스, 시설 모두 매우 좋음. 다만, 바다에서 물고기나 산호를 볼 수 없는 것이 아쉬움

the welcome was amazing, amazing hygiene levels, so clean, amazing food cooked at high standards and some many varieties of foods, always someone to help you with anything you need, the one thing that i was most impressed with was the animation team and the entertainment during the day and night, the team were very friendly and always made you feel welcome to join any activities night or day, will definitely be going back and visiting again, most amazing holiday!!!

Just had the couples massage and it was very nice, it was worth the time. we had a great massage for both of us it was our first time but it was great our skin felt really soft at the end and we were really relaxed and its so nice at the end and we had a great time at the jakuzi aswell. Our receptionist Hanna made a great job at helping us.

Arrived at the Sinbad Hotel on the 3rd Dec early evening. Checked in and everything seemed ok Altho we did ask for a low floor but was allocated the 4th floor but was too tired to argue. Later that evening went for food then early night. The next morning at Breakfast we noticed lots of birds flying around the food area and picking up bits of food. There was tired old looking nets to stop birds and wild life from flying in but obviously wasn’t working and none of the staff did anything. Lunch time we did try a different restaurant which was actually worse with even more birds picking at the foods. In the early morning of 7th I became seriously ill. Constant vomiting and diarrhoea. By lunchtime it was so bad that my partner went to the clinic on site. A doctor and his assistant quickly attended and I was put on a drip with Iv antibiotics and anti nausea *****. The doctor attended again in the evening and put in another drip for fluids and antibiotics. Felt a little better in the morning and visited the clinic where they put me on a drip again. Spent that day in bed. So for the following 5days I ate only toast soup and rice. No alcohol due to the antibiotics. A total of 7 out of 10 days of our holiday ruined. To finish on a positive the staff and generally very nice and our cleaner was excellent

Excellent Staff. The hotel, rooms and all areas are emaculate clean. Very friendly staff. Upgraded to Jaccuzi room. Amazing. There plenty of food to choose from. Excellent service Good entertainment at night. Restaurants and restaurants close by

What can I say about this hotel and staff, from the moment you enter the staff treat you like family, from the gardener’s to head of security to bar staff / receptionist’s and managers.Hotel area is vast, restaurants, pool/wave pool and various slides, Food is served practically all hours and good selection available, Drinks from soft drinks, hot drinks, cocktails, beers and spirits. Entertainment varies daily. The whole hotel was spotless, Cannot fault the hotel for anything and nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff. Would Definitely come back already looking for next year.

I would fly to Egypt for the food in the Italian Restaurant (A La Carte option in the Sindbad Hotel). We came as a family, 2 under 5, a fussy teenager and myself and parter and every one of us could not get over the food and service provided by the whole team. From start to end, the manager and staff were attentive to our needs, even helping with our little ones. The food was out of this world and I have attached some pictures to show. Cannot rate this place highly enough and would come again and again!
