Best hotel in Shiraz everything was perfect

I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

房間比較老舊，作為設拉子當地最好的五星級酒店，價格非常昂貴，但是硬件比較一般，性價比不高，早餐沒有其他城市的自助餐那麼好吃，大廳比較豪華！

灑店附近步行距離就已經有很多值得參觀的景點,如古蘭經門,哈菲茲墓。這些景點都包含有很大的公園,晚上也很遲才關門,已經可以逛上大半天時間了。

My first stay at Shiraz Grand Hotel was a good experience and I hope that I will have another opportunity to stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. Beautiful hotel at the top of the hill, friendly staff, great facilities, delicious food, lovely room. All good. Highly recommended. You won't regret.

A big, beautiful hotel, but poorly managed. There is no integrated management in this business. Each department is managed independently... I hope this hotel will become a real 5-star hotel with the training of the staff. Location is good...
