My 2nd visit already. Booked executive suite and got a free upgrade to studio suite. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed happy hour and breakfast at the Club Lounge on 24/F, a great space with full of privacy and tranquility. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the Lounge Manager, Ms. Berry Liang, for her attentive service. Look forward to coming back soon.

Welcomed with someone opening the door. Very friendly staff and they could speak English which was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of variety from western to Chinese. Many options and a big variety. Location is good. Close to many malls and attractions. The hotel room was a lovely size and the bed was so comfortable.

The hotel's location is great, and the staff were attentive. Restaurant was a bit crowded in morning session but we were able to have a table within waiting for more than 5 minutes. The only thing can be improved would be the possible drainage seepage right outside our toilet which resulted in an unpleasant odor. Other than that, wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

Perfect location for downtown Futian and well-presented. Buffet breakfast is delightful. Rooms are clean and relatively quiet. Will stay here again.

Ac is too slow. Took forever to cool and carpet seems not clean. There are other better and cheaper same category hotels nearby. Not going to book again.
