房間乾淨整潔，距景點衹有100米，周邊安靜，服務員也熱情，有一名懂中文的服務人員，若去紅蓮湖這個酒店再合適不過。

房間很乾凈，離紅蓮湖坐船的地方也太近了，停車也方便，早餐也好吃，第二天早上起來看紅蓮超級方便。特別推薦。

酒店位於紅蓮湖邊，距船碼頭極近，設施齊備，乾淨整潔，早餐豐富衞生，但也許是近期已過了觀景期，遊客較少，入住後發現空調遙控器失靈和房間二次斷水，反映情況後酒店及時處理，值得讚揚！

已評過。睡一覺而已，看紅蓮不動車了。

The staff at this hotel think that it is acceptable to sell a ‘family’ room with a thin mattress on the floor for the third family member. When we asked for a room with beds the price jumped by a third and there was no interest in negotiating the price even though the place was practically empty… weeknight at 5 pm during pandemic restrictions…and way overpriced compared to other locations around Thailand. We were very upset at the indifferent attitude so we found a room elsewhere. You would think that it is better to sell a room than get nothing but in this case they got nothing from us! Do a day trip to this tourist trap and avoid the price gouging.

Un hôtel très bien situé pour aller voir de bonne heure les lotus roses sur le lac Accueil correct On peut y manger mais avant 17h Le premier 7eleven est à environ 9kms Des petites échoppes vendent à manger à côté de l’hôtel Petit déjeuner correct mis à part que le deuxième matin il était noté à partir de 7h , nous devions partir à 7h30 et la jeune fille est arrivée à 7h20 Donc pas de petit déjeuner et comme on paye en avance ben pas de remboursement… Demande de 200bats d’assurance pour la clé de la chambre Non remboursable non plus …… Je veux bien la crise mais ça laisse quand même un petit goût amer
