Nice outdoor swimming pool. Room not the newest. Aircon quite noisy.

It was alright, not my type as it was very outdated and old.. the rooms are old style, but I'd still give it a good review because TRIP gave me a free room upgrade to Suite.

The hotel’s service and atmosphere were outstanding. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, including a pleasing assortment of dim sum for morning tea. Although the infinity pool didn't provide much of a view, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and backstroking under the building's impressive architecture added a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The suite included a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a designated work area, which was both convenient and well-appointed. The comfort and tranquility of the suite made the stay even more enjoyable. What particularly impressed me was the excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They carefully arranged my stuffed animals, tucking them in and covering them with the blanket as if they were cozily resting. This thoughtful gesture added a personal and charming touch to my stay. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

Good location (fairly close to MTR) nonce I know how to get there. I like the outdoor pool.

The hotel is in a very convenient location which is only couple of hundred meters away from subway. And service was excellent. Very happy with our stay there.

Very clean & comfortable room. Every thing in room worked. House keeping was efficient. Front desk could be better with knowledge of English, & ability to provide recommendations & informations of interests to tourists. Inaccurate information & bad advice on airport processes duration caused us to miss our flight by 10 min., resulting in a loss of ¥6060 on air ticket rebooking, and a night of sleeping out at the airport to catch a next day flight. Please advise properly regards airport information.

Location is excellent with a 7-11 just around the corner and many reasonably priced restaurants within 5min walking distance (including a Burger King). The metro is also less than 10min away, but we ended up taking taxi most of the time as it was highly affordable!

Good hotel, swimming pool nice. The guy from India in entrance of lobby very kind and speck good English so good point for the hotel. One thing I'm no happy for the Sauna they told us is broken...

Hotel is conveniently located with only 5 minutes away from metro. Room has smoke scent so it's not ideal if you are sensitive. There are restaurants nearby and a convenient store by the side of the hotel.

This is my second stay at the Sentosa Hotel, which is conveniently located near the subway station. The room is clean and I like the swimming pool very much. Thanks to Mako at the front desk for his warm service, we will check in again next time.

Has been staying for many days, the hotel overall feeling very good, although it has been open for many years, but the facilities and equipment maintenance is still very good, especially there is a small kitchen, especially suitable for long-term business trips or family travel, very convenient, the front desk service staff is also very polite, take the initiative to introduce the package service content contained in the room. My only regret is that I visited the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel, but due to the weather, I could not go there and experience it again in the summer. It’s old and not very clean. The room was not as spacious as in the photos. But one nice thing was they got a robot to deliver your delivery to your room
