If I could give no stars i would. Rokm 302. We left after the first night despite booking for 2 nights. Of main concern was the fact that the shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold without you touching it at all. I will be reporting this to worksafe. They knew my preschool daughter was with me and luckily I had a shower before her. She would have had scalding burns. It was not fit for purpose and was extremely dangerous! The whole place gives you the Eww vibes. The duvet inners were stained and had no covers. Just a sheet under & over them. No tee towel. No can opener! Never been to such a woefully unequipped motel such as this. After sleeping in that bed, not being able to shower it just stuffed up the whole weekend which was in celebration of my daughter's birthday. The heat pump sounded so loud and bad, other guests mentioned it. There is no sky as advertised. In fact it was not set up properly and was unwatchable. Yet they advertise sky channels. Its a lie. There are no places to hang any towels anywhere. There were dirty fingerprints everywhere. Rubbish under the beds, it really was revolting. You could not close the bathroom window from the inside due to no latch. You had to go outside and push it closed. It was an absolute dive and we felt like disinfecting ourselves after leaving. Worst motel I have ever stayed at. The hotel side looked just as bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
