The room looks pretty cool and nice but a bit dark, even with all the lights on. There’re doors for the toilet and shower but the bathtub is quite opened so it’s more recommended for solo traveler or couples. The fridge doesn’t really work. It’s warm inside. For charging, it’s recommended to bring along your cable with the plug. All the USB ports don’t work well. But the service here is good. Staffs are polite and nice. A bonus point to free ice lollies provided at the reception.

My stay was fantastic. The hotel boasts a chic and luxurious decor, blending modern style with elegance. The facilities are excellent, contributing to a very comfortable and convenient stay. Though I didn't have the opportunity to sample the food, the experience was so pleasant that I plan to return.

The biggest problem was that the room smelled like smoke even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation right downstairs and convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything that one would expect in a hotel. The staff was friendly, although it was a bit confusing since the location is shared with some other hotels and serviced apartments: my food delivery driver had trouble figuring out that he was in the right place. Will probably try somewhere else next time because of the room smell. Otherwise it was pretty good.

Great for business, free laundry service and convenient all around. Taking the lift up and down does require quite a bit of time though, so plan for that

This was a unique hotel space! My room came with a record player and a variety of vinyls to play with it! The vinyl casings didn’t match the actual vinyls, but it was still nice to listen Thelonius Monk or Frank Sinatra while I was showering and getting ready for the day. The gym had ample equipment for me to get a good workout!

Great stay for a short visit. Good value for money. Location is 15 minutes from main city center also very close to metro.

M Hotel is conveniently located near 深大南 metro station and various tech company headquarters like Tencent etc. It’s also well placed with the 南山 district of Shenzhen so going to other places around the area is pretty easy. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel and serviced apartment so they share the same check in lobby. My room was on the 20th floor and was comfortable and spacious, it was a nice surprise to see a record player in the room with a few different vinyls to try out. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is not really good, no facilities at all around the hotel, only business buildings. And the room is too dark even though we turned on all the lights in the room.

This hotel is just 2 floors 19 and 20 , good idea, the room is clean but little narrow

In spite of paying reservation in advance, my room was still not ready when I arrived at 22:00, because they also rent rooms by the hour to other customers in order to augment their revenue. They made me wait 40 mins in the lobby for cleanup. And I was not the only customer in this situation, obviously this is their regular operation scheme. Requiring customers to pay reservation deposit and still renting the room to someone else before you arrive: such a terrible attitude and service.
