Nice hotel nice place very clean also nice staff ,I do repeact to stay here again in the nearest future

Is very near to eating place, walking distance to Presgrave street. RM5 per day but first come first serve basis even though u already pay for parking during check in you still need to wait for the parking to be available only you can park in. Very bad sound proof, u can always heard people walking and knocking above your ceiling. Staff very friendly and greet you whenever you enter the hotel.

Great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are water stations in the hotel to refill your water bottle which was a really nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in general were to a high standard.

Conveniently located within the vicinity of the ‘old school’ shopping malls and Hin Bus Depot weekend markets. Small rooftop pool but I like the 24 hour access to the functional gym. Room is cozy, though sound proofing can be improved (when you have ‘enthusiastic’ guests as neighbours). Our room is at the ground floor of this 3 storey heritage building, but we do not have any windows in the room. Breakfast was simple and we had a choice of 4 set meals.

The hotel looks new but located to a small lane street that you could hardly find. Hotel room of stay is clean and tidy. Comfortable stay, but the soundproof has room to improve. We can hear the next door when they open/ close the door. Staff is nice. Without complimentary car parking strictly.The car parking became most of the nightmare in this hotel.You cannot load your luggage in front of hotel, because along the road once you stop front of hotel, behind lots of car will pass by this road occupy it and mostly you don't have the chance. I drove 3 times rounded finally found the car park mentioned , but you have pay it costly per night and not user friendly.Hotel will not in charge the parking and let you hopeless to deal with 3rd party handling this private car park. Not recommend to stay this hotel for car traveler, or business traveller.Cross the road you can search nearby hotel lodge with business type.

Service by the front office desk was inconsistent. Great on our first night but terrible on our second. Rooms do not come with bottled water.

The hotel room Floor is not so clean, and the room tissue i think is recycle paper, has a very bad smell… the soundproof is so-so, other than that i love the gym, is very new and useful. I had 7 nights here.

The hotel room was very clean and cozy, and the staff at the reception area were very friendly. Gym and swimming pool were also kept tidy.

Cutleries not available when we asked the front desk as we wanted to quickly dine in the room before we head out to an event. Casually told us that ‘the f&b people are finished already’. Totally not acceptable for hotel chain like this.

It was a solo leisure trip! Very convenient and clean the hotel with great services

Hotel is located in the middle of Georgetown and is really close to many famous eateries. Which is all really walking distance. There is also a local pastry store which is not bad just right beside the hotel if you are looking for souvenirs to buy back. Off course there is the old school brand but that store beside is not bad. There are also many shopping malls nearby if you want to escape from the heat. Hotel staff is really friendly and service is good, they nicely gave us recommendations when we asked. They already catered to our request promptly.

The strategic location of the hotel was a definite plus, with nearby shop lots and the convenience of walking distance to the Hin Bus Depot, which is an art center. The icing on the cake was the ability to stroll to Deen Maju for some delicious nasi kandar. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I would certainly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I was a little upset because I paid extra for a room with a view but when I arrived, I was supposedly "upgraded" to another room which did not have a city view and the hotel manager was not able to provide a satisfactory response to this.
