My daughter really like the kids play facilities on lobby area. That's really good for family tour customer.

Nice and convenient place to stay as it’s close to the station and sea world. But was a bit disappointed that the big gym could only be used by residents there and not by short stay guests, as this wasn’t stated on the page when booking.

The hotel is close to everywhere: food, shopping, Sea World. It is very clean with great service. Impressed by the humanized robot delivering food, merchandise to my room. Would go back again.

Yeah great room very different and cool. A little smelly buy they came and sorted the bathroom out. Fantastic location I walked to sea world and there was a mall next door. Great

HOUSE KEEPING LINGERS AROUND THE DOOR WAITING FOR YOU TO CHECK OUT. Even after you tell them to come back later they refused to learn. It was very annoying and irritating. I think the management needs to better train their cleaning staff. Room was nice and clean. They provided dishes and cups when requested. The bathtub was working well. This is a good quality place. But their staff needs better training.

I really liked staying here. They don't speak English but as long as you have a translatin app it's ok.

What was confusing is that the hotel isn't 'The Clouds' but actually 'Grande Hotel' instead, which felt really misleading. The hotel however is in a good location, and despite the lobby and public areas looking modern and clean, the rooms are a little worn out. The bathroom wasn't clean and needed attention, and the rooms are very dark and do not look like the photos of many I saw online. The walls are also extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors having a conversation and their TV next door during the night. The toiletries they give you are really small, and it just felt incredibly disappointing considering the price and location. I also found when I got home this morning I'd been bitten all over!

Blind box deal is a great deal! Reasonable price for the location and design of the hotel. Lovely lobby.

Too expensive for what you get, pool was closed too. Definitely stay in a cheaper hotel if you ever want to visit Shekou. Rooms too dark and depressing, trying to be cool but it’s just hard to see.

This apartment I had been visited and stayed for several times! The staff were nice and helpful! The room services were helpful and responded quickly. Rooms were tidy and clean with hygiene and no smell. HIghly recommend this apartment to everyone

Love staying in the Cloud Apartment. The premium suite is incredibly spacious, well equipped, nice view, well cleaned. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Access to the Pannata gym included. Best value in Shekou.
