Tình trạng khủng khiếp. Rất bẩn, vài con côn trùng, vết máu trên nệm. Máy lạnh không quá lạnh và phòng rất có mùi gỗ. Siêu ồn ào vào ban đêm và có thể nghe thấy bên ngoài. Tôi sẽ không giới thiệu điều này cho bất cứ ai.

Khó khăn để tìm thấy. Biển hiệu bên ngoài có tên khác. Phải nhờ đến sự giúp đỡ. Nếu không thì phòng rất sạch sẽ và vị trí tốt. Sẽ ở lại.

Great location, connected to the Metro and Futian Railway Station. Also connected to many different shopping malls. Staff couldn’t speak english, but it wasnt any problem. Check in was fast. Rooms are modern and clean. Elevator to the rooms took quite long. Room had no view since it was facing another building. However, for this price it was very good. Great value.

Great service and easy to check in. We booked a family suite, very spacious for family of 4. I will definitely book again. Close to train station.

Location of the hotel is great. Right at the malls area. Train station nearby. Just that the hotel is located inside an office/retail building, so the only 3 elevators will be shared. Have to wait during peak hours. What I dislike the most is the toilet seperated by top half see through glass wall and bottom half not so tinted glass wall. Which you can literally see when someone using the shower.

Very happy with the stay . The hotel has the following plus points: 1.onvenient location. 2. Large room with good layout, 3. easily accessible TV options. 4. Storage available after checkout. 5. Does not need card access to lift

I booked a room from the 8 to 0 floor but no availability so they gave me a smaller room on the 7th floor. I saw two rooms which had strong humidity smell. I decided to pay more to have the executive room and this one was fine. Nevertheless the two ladies at the reception and cleaning were very kind and arranging in front of my demands.

Good location near metro and many food nearby room was small and cleanliness needs to improve and our room was opposite commercial shop which I think not so safe and no privacy . Counter staff were not helpful though.

Very good location. The train stations (line 1/4) are directly below at B1 (-1). Plenty of food options across level 1 and B1. Good location for its price if you are heading to HK via high speed rail.

1. Can't find the exact location of the hotel until I called the front desk 2. Really strong smoking smell everywhere, had constant headache because of the cigarette smell 3. Right next to our room are nail, facial salon and spa. The area is extremely sketchy and dodge. 4. The whole building looks really run down and old
