Very nice new hotel with great location and public transportation! Especially its staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was fully decorated for my birthday and had such a nice view to both Bay Area and mountain! Night time was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room on your wished time!! Really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!!!

Very modern and comfortable hotel in a great location, friendly staff and excellent room and views of the city

Spent 1 night over the weekend here with my wife - it's on the 30th floor of the building so the bay view rooms have a great view of the ocean. The room was very clean and well decorated - it's a new hotel and so the amenities are all very modern. The staff were very attentive and breakfast is delivered to the room which is a nice touch - you get a choice between a Western or Chinese breakfast. The location is perfect if you are wanting to go around Seaworld - it's literally right downstairs from the hotel, and you can walk over to the promenade for a walk along the sea.

從來都不寫長評價的我，今日要嚟評一評依間酒店。今次北上係慶祝我男朋友生日，就諗住係深圳灣揀一間兩日一夜嘅輕鬆下，以新淨、方便、空間大為選擇。最後揀依間2023年開張嘅酒店，見佢又30樓、睇相幾開揚，而且普通房嘅面積都唔差，加多$100仲有兩份早餐添。 我地大概5點左右check in，依個廣場係商住混合型，係地下要問人先發現係要由寫字樓電梯先上到嚟。上到30樓就有人招待我地，因為係生日所以酒店今次特別免費升級左我地做行政豪華套房，聽到果刻已經感到好興奮。 入房見到就覺得更加驚喜。首先有好多好多好多嘅氣球喺客廳入面，你係會覺得以為自己係經歷緊人生大事咁，唔知以為被求婚了，但事實上係我男朋友嘅生日。🤣 間房好多嘢都用電動，講真依d都好普遍。依間suite 個廳係好大，而且有落地玻璃望住海上世界，有mini bar 咖啡機，有電視、有廁所。基本嘢都有齊哂。轉入去房，大床都夠闊同舒服，望出去景色都無咩遮擋，大床前面仲有部極大嘅電視機，夜晚攤喺床到睇電視都幾正。然後房連套廁，入面有浴缸、雙洗手盆、衣帽間、廁所同浴室。基本上空間感好夠，設施都好新淨。成間房燈光好充足，朝早遮光都好夠。 早餐方面就不過不失，有進步嘅空間。味道就一般，有中西式兩款，入住時可預定埋時間用餐。 服務方面，比我想像中更好，入住時可掃描微信號有管家協助。叫外送時可以協肋送到入房，其實係夠私隱之餘又方便。 如果要方便、近地鐵站 價錢相宜、新淨必選依間。服務上一定會有驚喜。

酒店有專屬管家微信可以24小時服務，有服務需求時管家非常及時回覆消息並且及時處理，服務力棒棒的。對依依經理印象特別深刻，服務熱情親切，能及時解決需求；服務細緻，酒店房間空間很大，層高介紹有4米，體驗感很舒適，衞生也很乾凈，落地窗的玻璃採光很好；管家能幫忙代取外賣送到房間，這點很贊！位置很不錯，在海上世界D出口，距離地鐵站很近，樓下對面是海上世界，遊玩方便，附近有餐廳也很多，各種菜系，非常便捷，會再次入住！
