The Rutland Hotel is conveniently located near to the University of Sheffield. Single rooms are not the best however double room are quite nice having a traditional feeling. However both kind of rooms are newly decorated so the rooms and bathrooms are quite nice. The breakfast is good as they prepare made to order eggs, hash browns,mushrooms and tomatos. Overall I like it and will plan to stay again.

The room is so small that I couldn't unfold my suitcase. The bath water was cold, freezing to have a cold. The bed is dirty and wilted ****s were found on the sheets. Don't come to stay.

比較普通的房間，在學校附近很方便，購物交通都挺方便的
設施衞生一般般的樣子。
好在早餐還挺讓我驚喜的，還不錯的

Lovely, characterful hotel. My room was cold, (radiator not working well) but the staff supplied me with blankets & a great heater. It's a shame the bar area is no longer operational. Breakfast was nice. Goid service.

Simple place, but clean with pleasant staff. Some of the halls/doors are a little difficult to navigate with a wheelchair.

The rooms seemed nice at first glance but there were pets that weren’t finish such as painting round the door frame and the bed side lights made an awful humming noise when in use. Also the room only had one double socket that was not near the bed which was disappointing

Lovely hotel but needs some tlc, the shower cubicle was covered in black mould there was no hot water but the bathroom was clean, the bed was very comfortable again very clean just needs some tlc,
I dont think its fair you have to pay £9 for parking this should be included with the room

There was no rubber mat or handle in the shower which is slippy and dangerous.

In need of major refurbishment. Shower looks filthy and we didn’t want to use it. All floors creek and the walls are thin so we could hear radio and conversation of people in nearby room and hear person above getting into their bed. Room was dark and decorated in dark colours of purple and brown with wallpaper peeling off. Room was cold but hall ways very warm.
