Khách sạn ở vị trí khá tốt. Holiday Inn này từ lễ tân đến phòng hơi xuống cấp, cần được cải tạo và dọn phòng sạch hơn - tôi có thể thấy vết bẩn trên đồ đạc. Tôi đã ở các khách sạn Holiday Inn khác và khách sạn này trông tệ nhất. Dù sao thì cũng khá hài lòng với bữa sáng.

Got there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

we booked on line relatively late in the evening because another hotel refused my entry, I'm a foreigner in China. we were accepted at the Holiday Inn without any problems. the room I booked was not available so we were upgraded without charge to another room, a vip suite, awesome
