This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Hongqiao Bridge with beautiful river views right from the room. The room itself is clean, bright, and minimalistic, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. What truly made the stay special was the owner’s kindness and hospitality — always willing to help with anything and solving problems quickly and sincerely. It really felt like staying with friends rather than just at a hotel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Changsha who wants a comfortable stay with a great view and genuine service!

Host picked us up from the cab ride and guided us to our hotel while dragging our luggage. Explained to us the attractions and helped booked the ferry ride at a cheaper price. The toilet was ok, the water flow for hot water was slow for the shower. Other than that all is good. The location, bed, size of the room was superb

The location was really good. Beautiful view from the room. Price is cheap compared to the location. The hotel staff can speak English. The toilets was a smart toilet. ขอแนะนำคนไทย โรงแรมนี้ชักโครกมีน้ำฉีดก้นจ้า😂

- Wonderful location, good bed, beautiful views - Walls are extremely dirty, staff could be nicer, sink and shower could be cleaner, no proper towels but one use.

It's not that dirty, actually. As for the bath towels, we always provide disposable ones for hygiene and cleanliness. There are two of them. If you need more, you can ask me. There are also two face towels and two regular towels, which should be sufficient. I mentioned this when you checked in. Our staff can express themselves fluently in English, which is already very good for you foreigners. Our shower room and washbasin are clean. Thank you.

Room was updated after asking for a river view, without charge. The view in the evening light is marvelous. The room is a bit cold in cold weather, because the balcony door leaks cold air inside, could add a cotton bag or in the gap. No television. Toilet is a modern, warm and washing facility. Bath towels one time use, sealed in bag. Nice art pieces and pictures in the room and corridor and steps, good culture impression. Owner very kind to introduce the city.

Great location and service. We met the owner, who was young and accesible. He speaks English well which is a plus. The apartment was clean and cozy. Towels are disposable and it could be loud at night.

You can also get off at Hongqiao directly when taking a taxi. To go back to the high-speed railway station, you can take a taxi at Hongqiao as well. The night view can be enjoyed at Hongqiao.

Fantastic room!! You can enjoy the river view from your window. And at night, the town were bright up from the lights which you can see it right from the room. The staff, he is great and really want to help us. Location, it may a bit difficult to find as there are many hotels look similar, but its location is the best place for the river view

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the city center, close to everything. However, it’s important to note that taxis can’t drop you off directly at the entrance – they stop on the other side of the river, and from there it’s about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The rooms are lovely and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. We did have an issue with the shower not draining properly, which was a bit inconvenient, but aside from that, everything else was great.

The attitude and the candor of the workers in hotel was amazing!!! Zhang TT is super nice!! The bed was very nice and the room was beautiful. The shower did not have good pressure or hot water, and the towels were disposable..so it felt you were drying yourself with paper. The service could have been better since they did not clean the room and make the bed the second day I was there.

It is a nice location. Specially during afternoon/ night until 23:30 it gets very crowded and noisy.
