Very good team at MCR. Hospitality at its best.

Beautiful stay at the resort , the staff were just amazing from the reception to the restaurant, helped us beyond their call of duty even ensuring our little one get some food from our day at the beach . The hotel is a little old though and furniture needs a change in the rooms

We really had a great time. Family friendly.we are coming back for sure 💯👌👍🙏

Was ok no hot water

it was the second time I stayed at Mombasa Continental Resort, great location amazing staff , you really feel like home . Thanks look forward to be your guest again.

非常臟 非常差 房間裏有別人的長頭髮，淋浴區不僅很臟，地上還很滑有很大的安全隱患。牆角長滿了黴斑和滑滑的帶顏色的東西。 冰箱非常臟非常舊，銹跡斑斑。 酒店早餐的芒果汁用的是不新鮮的變質芒果，我和同伴都沒能喝下去。 餐廳員工態度還可以， 前台態度很一般。 存在亂收費現象：2人入住又讓補了600+人民幣（我是旺季出行，這家酒店房費已經比平時翻了近3倍，淡季時兩人差價僅100元左右） 前台收小費不手軟，遇到補差價時完全亂收費，沒有任何依據和標準。

還是可以的h 設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：舒適 服務：服務員能第一時間滿足要求，這是我比較滿意的地方，希望繼續保持，還會有下次，謝謝

酒店美景盡收眼底，適合度假旅行

酒店很大但非常陳舊，前台服務一般，房間內也是陳舊，自來水居然是鹹的，海灘也沒有維護不值得推薦

The rooms were a 5/ 5. The showers were heavenly. Rainwater experience and the water was steaming, giving am sauna experience. Beds and mattress were amazing as well as room service. The hotel staff was kind amd courteous and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. The food was not it. First day, the only protein option was fish. Their pastries were really wanting. Second day improved with the porkchops , sausages and bacon. As a lover of Yoghurt it was quite underwhelming. The beef was smelling and I barely touched it. Again their pastries were really really wanting. There was an amazing band. The hotel is under renovation so hopefully they'll improve

The best part of my stay was the food. It was very delicious. The room service was also top notch and the resort was so clean . The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We got to be shown all around the resort and we can’t wait for the the MCR at 40. I believe this resort will be the best Mombasa has ever had

1. The staff were amazing, especially at the pool. Every parent would be calm knowing the kids are at the pool with nice people . 2. Maybe if we can have ironing services for free or if we can be given iron boxes 3. The food was ABSOLUTELY amazing

We visited from the 27/11/2024 to 3/12/2024 and were a family of 6. We were welcomed with a glass of cold juice which was delicious after our long journey. We had 3 rooms next to each other on the 2nd floor. There were few issues with our rooms and after complaining this to the management, the relation manager (Patricia), improved our stay enormously. We were moved to the 3rd floor whereby the rooms were more modern. Patricia gave us her direct mobile number in case we had further issues. Our stay was full inclusive and there were plenty of food choices. The hotel is next to the beach and we enjoyed the walks and relaxation by the pool, camel, boats and jetski rides were available at additional costs. The staff were super friendly especially the catering staff though felt some of the reception staff and chamber maids could be better trained. Two of our family members had birthday parties which exceeded our expectations. We are travellers and have visited many countries around the world but this celebrations were absolutely exceptional. We enjoyed the dancing, the cakes, the meals and what a lovely surprise on our last day. It always put smiles on our faces and we will forever cherish the memories. On our last day when we came downstairs for our last meal, Patricia and the staff had decorated a table near the beach and next to the swimming pool whereby we indulged in delicious sea food, what a lovely evening! Thank you Mombasa continental. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.
