A perfect stay, very nice clean bedroom. Good service, good breakfast, outdoor pool was a bit cold due to the season, so we went to the indoor pool which is warm. We will come back!

We had a marvelous stay in the hotel. The beach is amazing, and the facilities are all here: swimming pool, gym, arcade, karaoke, and an abundance of playroom (most with a fee).
We ate exclusively in the hotel, pretty sure it was more pricy, but food quality was amazing and we can be assured it is safe. The Chinese restaurant service was great on the second night, and our server Bella Tang （唐輝勤）served us with all her heart. We are grateful. 😀

Location wasn't that great as we have to go to get taxi to downtown. The hotel itself slightly dated but people are friendly. Nice view though.

We checked in late and it went extremely smooth. The breakfasts were varied, hot and very tasty. Everytime we met a staff member we were greeted with a smile and a ,"Good afternoon ". The hotel is beautifully decorated and the grounds were well looked after. The access to the large and clean beach is easy. We will be back!

Lovely hotel on the beach. Swimming pool is clean with plenty of sun loungers. Need to wear the swimming cap. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding area. Rooms and modern and clean. The oyster farming village nearby is very charming

We received an upgrade which was nice. However, pools and breakfast buffet were both closed. Very disappointing.

In a really beautiful location, magnificent beach lies this outstanding hotel. Presently the area is being developed but building works do not affect your stay as the hotel is away from construction. Amazing design the room are amazing. We stayed in suite 1105 the pictures say it all! Facilities are more than you can wish for mums and dads can relax as there is even a kids club. Food excellent! Limited choice as this is a hidden gem and not many people know about this amazing resort hotel. Thank you to executive chef Albert and restaurant manager Chris. Steak , lamb chops and hospitality fantastic. Thanks to all the team at Hilton Shanwei.

Hotel was amazing, people are really kindle and helpfully, breakfast buffet have a lot of variables and delicious deli. Our kids spend they energies and play a lot on playground indoor swimming pool, beach was so nice and beautiful. We plan to back again.

I was very sad to see the difference between our previous visit and now. Hotels in China get worn out very quickly, and the signs of decline can be seen everywhere - the outdoor swimming pool is not as clean as before, the sand in the kids’ swimming pool is dirty, there’s garbage around the swimming pool, the mirrors and glass doors are stained, the glass shelf in the bathroom is very dusty, the floor in the room corners is dirty. It is still a very nice hotel, and the service is good. There was no sofa on the balcony, and we got it within ten minutes after calling the room service. The breakfast is more Chinese style now, which is logical.in general I’m pleased with my stay. Just wish the cleanliness and luxury we experienced before could last longer.
