The hotel is clean and right next to a mall with lots of food option. Also thanks to reception Crane for her kind assistance upon check in for a connecting room request

environment is ok and service is good. the swimming pool is open. but the breakfast could be improved because the type of food and choices are not good enough

Perfect location and easy access to public transport. Hyatt is the best. No doubt.

Location wise is not city centre, but there’s a mall integrated with the hotel, accessible via ground floor, mall is huge and super convenient. Hotel staffs are friendly, breakfast choices is not up to standard though, suggest not to opt for breakfast package, but overall is a 6/10.

A place that finds both comfort and convenience. Comparing when it just started its business years ago, the facilities start to run down a little but the staff can always be relied on providing quality services with smile and patience to accommodate your needs. The front desk gave very welcoming service with a note worthy mention of Yong, the service manager then. I’d love to be upgraded to a higher floor room or even a suite if I visit the place next time as a return guest.

Location, however not in the center, isn't bad, the subway line 10 being not far we reach the center quite fast. Many restaurants and shop at the mall below, I liked that fact. we didn't eat anything other than breakfast, wich was a standard one. Nothing to be too excited about but they a have a decent choixe nevertheless. I'd recommand the swimming pool, the water is very clean, pool is big and the locker room is nice

Location of this hotel is superb, just a few steps to the mall and MRT Station of wujiaochang. Inside the rooms very big, and beautiful. Recommended to stay here when you visit Shanghai. Hotel staff very friendly and humble. I give 5 big stars for this hotel.

I have been in China for seven years. I have seen the changes, and I have to say that I can greatly appreciate what Hyatt is doing for Westerners right now. I had a truly exceptional stay with them! They were always people who spoke English. The breakfast was especially welcome, as it included an incredible croissant and cheese. It sounds silly, but cheese is not available as frequently these days. If you are reading this in English, it’s likely he could appreciate a place that understands that experience. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
