It was an awesome location great views and scenery, coupled with excellent family and kids friendly facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, mini animal farm, indoor playground and many other outdoor activities. :) The services provided by the housekeeper, Bob, was fantastic. He is friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and very approachable. Will return again next time! 😊

The place is a five stars but I’d rate it four stars ! It is not as clean ,I think the hotel needs renovation. I liked their balcony. Breakfast didn’t meet my standard. I think it’s overpriced . They don’t change bedding and clean daily unless you tell them. But overall the staff is nice and helpful.

We quite frequently stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, Shishan park and botanical garden in walking (or cycling) distance. Delicious breakfast buffet. One wish is left open, namely that the construction in the park finds an end, so one can enjoy an undisturbed walk around the garden, without being stopped by green fences, blocking the way because of construction area (that never seemed to change much over the last two years anyway....)

Went with 6 kids between 5 and 12, and they loved it, the outside pool and beach area playground and the Indoor Playground. All the other things they offered we did not try, pool and Indoor Playground was enough. I personally thought for that price, the outside pool sunchairs and chairs could be more and cleaner and not old and therefore broken. The cleanliness overall of the Hotel was ok. The service was overall good and fast, but not really friendly, neither unfriendly. The Indoor Playground for 50 yuan was worth the money, the kids could spend hours in there, whereas I thought it was small and boring! Overall, I would book again for a few days with the kids! I would avoid the weekend though, toooooo many people!

Is a family hotel, has play ground (but you have to pay a fee 👎), te same with the farm. Is great to have places for the kids but is not to pay fee for. The restaurant was amazing, many options in the breakfast. And about dinner was delicious Hot pot version. The swimming pool is nice and the others wet areas. We enjoy our relax holiday days there.

The service was always on point and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist. The location is perfect and it's easy to move around. The shopping mall is not far. If you don't have a car you can easily use a Didi and it'll take you wherever you wish to go. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside is that we didn't have a lot of food options during breakfast, as we're vegans. Most food items had meat, sea food or eggs. Hopefully I'll find more food options without meat, seafood or eggs, as I'll be coming back in the near future.

Very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor swimming pool was closed in the winter.

Overall, it was a relaxing trip. One suggestion for improvement is that many showers in the men's changing area of the swimming pool had broken water temperature regulating valves and require attention.

The hotel is massive and the indoor playground is amazing for the kids on a cold winter day. But so many of the amenities have to pay extra for. The breakfast has lots of options but none of it is good. The buffet dinner on offer at the Shandy Bar was average and not worth the 328元 per person. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is also pretty average for the high price per dish.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are all kind and friendly. Some of the staff could speak English and although I am a foreigner, they helped me many times. There are many places to visit in and around the hotel. I had a great holiday.
