We were there for two nights.The room was nice and clean until the flush wasn't working, once that was fixed we couldn't shower because the water kept coming brown. The house keeping told us that they've drained the water out and we should be fine but then again same issue. They told us they'd change our room and it took them an hour which was inconvenient because it was a night and I had a sick child from the dirty water he must've showered in. I asked to see the water tank certificate but wasn't shown any. The room we were shifted into same issue with yellow water but I was checking out and honestly couldn't be bothered anymore.

I have been coming back to the Savoy chain of hotels in Dubai for sometime now & I can tell you without any hesitation that they are top of the tops. And this is coming from a world traveller who's been around & stays at the most luxurious hotels in the world. Last few years I'm staying at the Savoy Suites, the people there make you feel like you came home. And it's easy to differentiate between a genuine smile which comes from the soul and a smile which is forced & pretentious.... Mr. Prakash a Head Receptionist knows what I want before I even open my mouth... A truly professional individual he serves his client in such a way that makes you look forward to your next visit to this place. I don't have the slidest doubt that this man will be very successful in his career. Mr. Imbran of the night shifts can 'smell' you are arriving & he's always standing there at the entrance to receive you always with a genuine smile & friendly kind manners. I just mentioned a few examples but I repeat that all the staff in this chain of hotels is properly trained but also selected for their good characters as well. My warmest congratulations for all involved in this success story ☝️

The welcome was so warm! They gave my kids each a gift! And a coupon for free ice cream and cookies (we unfortunately didn't get the chance to use them). The room was spacious and comfy. I had to request dental kits but other than that everything was provided including a fully serviced kitchen (microwave, washing machine....) it felt like home. Thank you to the team! Make sure to bring your slippers as they aren't provided (maybe if you ask though?). They also have green practices and 2 recycle bins in the apartment to sort out the trash. Elevators are quick to go up and down, no wait time. Free parking. Lively area just around the corner. I recommend it!

We stayed 5 nights from 27 April 2024. Rooms are very clean and good and staff are very friendly nature. House keeping was good. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

This is one of the best addresses in Dubai. In a good location, the hotel is conceived for longer stays as all rooms are conceived with a central part (basic small kitchen with all equipments, table for two, a living room part, a compact bedroom part and of course bathroom). All is efficient, complete, and good taste. The hotel proposes a good Indian and western breakfast buffet.
