One of the most modern and clean hotels i’ve stayed in. Many different cuisines just right outside the hotel, with macdonalds and a lawson convenience store just 2-3 minutes walk away. Free breakfast was good, and staff were professional and friendly as well! Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are incredibly well-designed :-)

It is excellent as location close to the exhibition , the area is not having entertainment (far from the downtown) while the hotel is not offering any entertainment

Perfect for travellers on business. Convenient with food places just downstairs and it being near to the exhibition centre.

Superb service, facilities really nice including pool at 29c! The Italian restaurant is spectacular.
Great value. Location is as expected, near the convention center.

Kent / Christine / Larry ( thank you for the wonderful staycation and we really appreciate the service and accommodation all was so perfect and clean and very spacious. Enjoyed all the facilities and I will be back again in your hotel. Everything is amazing - food , swimming pool gym were all excellent and good English speakers throughout the hotel.

Hotel facilities are great. Reception service is very professional and fast. location is close to Hongqiao airport, which is convenient if you are travelling through Hongqiao airport or railway. overall, I am quite happy with my two nights stay. will definitely consider staying again in my next visit to Shanghai.

Another great stay at Primus hotel!
This is my third time to stay at Primus and it’s always pleasant and comfortable stay! I stayed Business room this time and it was so refreshing and spacious with almost 180° windows that enabled us to see the outside! Thank you for arranging the room for us and we fully enjoyed 2 nights! Always stuffs are kind and polite.
Especially I would like to send special thanks for cleaning lady she was very flexible and kind when she came to our room for cleaning. Her warm and polite service was very pleasant and made our stay extra wonderful. Hotel is very fortunate to have her as a cleaning lady who work so hard for each guest with service spirit!
Only thing I felt a bit sad was that due to the last weekend before school starts the breakfast was a bit simplified for the first day so the option wasn’t exactly same. And the swimming pool was closed…
But other than that it was an another beautiful experience of stay and I will definitely come back for next opportunity!
