시설이 현대적이고 청결했어요 위치도 좋고 서비스가 좋아요 세탁서비스도 아주좋았습니다 조식도 꽤먹을만했어요 ^^

Choose this hotel as an interim stop from Hamammet to Duoz. Very happy to have visited this hotel. European standards of cleanliness, very modern, breakfast is very good (including coffee ;) ). Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend to stay here

Very bad experience. Terrible customer service from the Manager, Haythem, he could have been at least polite and apologetic that they could not allow us to enter their hotel since one of us was wearing sweatpants despite we were with a tourist who wanted to experience the food in their hotel restaurant. Manager never smiled at all, with sloppy clothes and dirty pants. Not to mention he did not shave his face and name tag all crooked, he started pointed his forefinger at our friend’s clothes who was not wearing “business casual” clothes like as if he was all neat. It was very understandable and reasonable that the hotel was very busy with police at that time due to security but the issue here is you still have to be at least polite and smiles at guests no matter what! Our friend works in the travel industry in Qatar and would never recommend this hotel to her clients. Hope you give proper training to your employees and realize how guests’ reviews/experience is very important.

Hotel d'affaire en plein centre de sfax Acceuil chaleureux Pas de parking. Il faut trouver une place dans la rue devant l'hôtel. Chambre petite mais originale et confortable Decoration parfaite Resto lounge au dernier étage avec tres belle vue Je recommande fortement

Un hôtel situé en plein centre ville de sfax. Les chambres sont bien équipées pour les affaires; on y trouve un mini bureau avec la connexion internet. Côté propreté, les chambres sont bien entretenues. Côté resto, il n'y a pas un grand choix des plats mais la nourriture est correcte. Le visiteur ne doit pas attendre à avoir un buffet d'un hôtel touristique. Le personnel est très accueillant et ils essaient de vous mettre à l'aise et surtout il traite rapidement les réclamations. Seul inconvénient, pas de parking dédié pour les résidents. Il y a une partie du trottoir public que si tu es chanceux tu peux avoir une place devant l'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les visites d'affaires.

Hotel posizionato in una cittadina Tunisina molto affollata, il parcheggio e l'esterno del'Hotel è controllato dalla sicurezza. Camera incantevole con ottimo set di lenzuola e ascciugamani. Noi ci siamo stati una notte a Febbraio come tappa intermedia andando da Tunisi alle oasi di Montagna. Colazione con non molta scelta ma fatta bene. Un ottimo hotel anche per gli standard Italiani. Buona pulizia, personale gentile parla francese ed inglese e ottimo wifi libero

La chambre est parfaite bien décorée Le roof top est agréable on y mange bien: à la carte et un grand choix Le petit dej est bien achalandé (avec spécialités de la région) La salle de réunion est assez grande - il y en a 3 en tout Je recommande Bémol: le service n’est pas top
