Good location, everything that a solo traveler for leisure would need, especially at that price point. A bigger table, closer to the power socket would be my only gripe. But I made it work.

Llamé antes de llegar en varias ocasiones y nadie me atendió, una vez allí había un papel en la puerta escrito a mano con un número de móvil para hacer solo llamadas por WhatsApp, donde llamé y con instrucciones d una chica conseguimos abrir una caja fuerte (a la que alguien había prendido fuego a la palanca giratoria) pegada en la puerta que tenía las llaves dentro. Nada más entrar la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia y el olor a humedad ya era bastante fuerte en el patio de la casa, pero peor fue al abrir la puerta de la habitación donde aunque la ventana estaba abierta el olor a humedad era insoportable. El baño bastante pequeño (hay que decir que si tenía jabón de manos y unos sobres de gel/champú) el WC sin tapa era de lo más horroroso de todo. La ducha, la verdad ni la probamos ya que no me inspiraba ninguna confianza. En general no volvería jamás.

Lugar insalubre, deprimente, un mal olor, por todos los ángulos del alojamiento. Tuvimos que avandonar esa inmundicia, solo ocupamos una noche, de las tres pagadas. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR!!!, No entiendo, como los fiscalizadores de Salud y Turismo de España, no clausuran ese nicho infeccioso. Y también, como Trip.Com, sirva de enlace para comprar alojamiento, de ese nivel inhumano.

Schimmel an den Wänden und an der Tür vom Badezimmer. Feuchte und muffige Luft und ab und zu Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer. Sauberkeit leider auch mangelhaft. Einzige positive war die Lage und die Klimaanlage!

We were asked to register online and the online registration demanded too many personal data (like home address, which is completely unnecessary) and photos of our passports. We never met the staff, except for the cleaning lady which appeared on two of the three days of our stay and only for a couple of hours. We were compelled to communicate with the directors by phone, in order to get the instructions on how to find the keys to the property - and the communication could only be in spanish, not a bit in english ! The room was 2,50 by 3 meters. The window could not shut completely, a fact which we specifically mentioned to the cleaning lady, who said that the technician will fix it (which never happened!). The locks of the room and the bathroom were old and shakey. The mirror of the bathroom was full of rust and old paint and the whole of the bathroom was full of stains and rust. The "walls" between the rooms were so thin that we could hear the whispers of the tenants of the next room. An outside door or window kept banging every now and then, creating a horrible racket. And all this would cost 130 euros per night !!! High price for too bad services!!! Stay away !!!!!

The place leaves a lot to be desired. We only stayed overnight but the odd furniture, the smell of drains in the toilet, the small shower etc ate things that could be upgraded. Host please place a size double bed sheet if bed is a double, kept pulling at the sheets all night!! Hopefully this will help others but more importantly help the hosts review the rooms and start to upgrade. A little goes a long way, good luck!

DESERVES 0 STARS. I wasn't even able to check in because they were literally impossible to contact in anyway whatsoever, the only reason I didn't sleep outside is thanks to an ******* agent who found something else for me. AVOID AT ALL COST FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND.

An automated hostel (I had no physical interaction with anybody), that will let you be happy in Seville. Just don’t expect room service or daily cleaning. It all went well, except for the hours when the reception phone is not answered (apparently before 2 pm).

It is a nice pension, but not easy to get in and it can be cleaner

Person, who was responsible to give information how to get the key from accommodation, speaks Spanish and Russian. So, I needed help to communicate with her. You can hear the neighbours and smell their smoke. The facilities needs a huge renovation.

Multiple clients had trouble following instructions to check in. I helped them but it disturbed my evening and I don’t care to play concierge.

The aircondition didnt work; there was only a window in a closed patio so the air was really musty; there was a bad smell in the room; the towels also smelled musty and had many holes in them; the contact didn't speak a single word in english and the porter (if she was there at all) was a strange woman, who it was really hard to comunicate with, even though i speak a little bit of spanish.

It's location was optimal,small bathroom, good sized room, towels, linen provided, ac worked, but not all of the amenities that we thought were on offer actually were available.
