The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. However, please note that if you book a queen bed, it may actually be two single beds pushed together. Also, since the hotel is near the KRL line, it can be quite noisy.

There's two swiss bellhotel in the area, the 4 star and the 3 star, the one i stayed is the 3 star which not well maintained, room was on average cleanliness, bathroom was is state moldy and mildew everywhere, water pressure was inconsistent. Pool was awkward when you swim, bed was ok, ac fine. Did not use breakfast option as im not a morning person. There's food stall around and starbucks right at the gate.

Hotel location is near by toll road. Easy to access hotel. First time book hotel here. Maybe I will be back again and this hotel is in my list right now for my own recommendation.

low price hotel, so what do you expect? average experience and near to railway, so you can hear train crossing sound until midnight..

Good location, close to Pasmod BSD with wide variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room is adequently clean and well-maintained. However the hotel located close to the railways, the noise from the passing trains can be clearly heard from the room, may not suitable to light sleepers.

The floor is really dusty.. Sit on the bed and directly get itchy.. No towel provide until 8pm.. No toilet mat until check out.. No toiletries, need to ask.. Noisy because near railway.. Extra breakfast for 6 years old child is IDR 100.000, with that limited choices of food.. The front office staff are not friendly.. Won't come back, never ever again..

I recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Pros: • The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps. • The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. • The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day. Cons: • The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive. • The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable. While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw.

The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view.
