Fun&Sun Life Belek - All Inclusive

EVERYTHING WAS OK I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL

We have just returned from a 7 night stay here as two family’s Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday with fresh bottled water topped up in the fridge daily. Food was ok but very repetitive. The Italian a la Carte was awful we actually walked out mid meal and decided to finish our meal in the main restaurant which was disappointing as we were looking forward to the a la Carte. However the snack bar by the beach was brilliant open 12-4 which served burgers, pizzas and kebabs all made to order. Also there is a lady that makes flatbreads to order in the afternoon which are amazing! As one of only a few English people we did find the staff tried hard to make us feel welcome although they could speak very little English. The hotel mainly caters for Russians with majority of the entertainment also in Russian. The bars were good with a good range of branded spirits. Gizem on the bar was incredible she was welcoming and always had a big smile on her face. Furkan and Deniz on the bar were great too! Ferro and Dogan of the entertainment team were fantastic and spent a lot of time with us whilst there. There was another lady that did the aqua aerobics I didn’t manage to catch her name but she had more interest in mine and my friends husbands than us as family’s which I found a little in appropriate being as this is supposed to be a family hotel. Pools and the private beach were great and kept clean all the time. The children really enjoyed the two water slides. I was apprehensive due to previous bad reviews but have been pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would say let’s it down is the food.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel and thought I would leave an honest review, we are a Scottish young couple with a little girl age 2, arrived and were greeted by a lovely man on reception. We were then showing to our room which the door did not lock, my partner went to reception to inform them and they said could they fix in the morning as it was late. We weren’t happy about this as it was only around 11am and we had just arrived and didn’t feel safe knowing someone could enter our room. After a few conversations they did get someone to sort the door looks within the hour. (Could have just moved us room) room overall a good size and was cleaned each day a few out out dated items like the shower was older and the bedroom cupboard was falling off but that didn’t really bother us. The bed was massive and was really comfy. The hotel grounds are lovely but not 5 star standard. The hotel was full of Russian people we did not met or hear any other British people the full week. Most bar tenders cannot speak English, but do try their best to help. Food was the worst part of the holiday and we are not fussy eaters. They do not cater for English/Scottish the Foods are mostly fish dishes, rice, cous cous and lots and lots of salad and cheese dishes with a lot of turkey meatballs or turkey steaks, followed by lots of baked breads. We appreciate we are in a different country and won’t always get British foods but even at breakfast time the only thing they had that was suitable was boiled eggs or pancakes ( they did have chicken nuggets and chips every day but who wants that for breakfast) they do not have a toaster for bread!!!!! Other breakfast items included baked breads, cheese salad, cold meats, cereal or stuffed or grilled veg. They only had orange juice or water available at breakfast for a 5 star hotel I think this is poor as I have been to other country’s and had a better variety of fruit juices at breakfast. Lunch/dinner at the restaurant was the same types of food manly fish dishes. Lots of choices for deserts but fruit selection very poor mainly water melon and apples and oranges. On the occasional day they put out bananas or peaches..The beach bar restaurant was the only thing that we enjoyed this had fresh pizzas/burgers made but could take a while as it was made to order. The alcohol drinks were good and it was nice to see them using branded spirits like Smirnoff, I must also mention the “cocktail bar” that has amazing reviews on here is no longer there at the hotel so if you are booking based on the glamorous cocktails unfortunately they no longer exist. The all inclusive menu does have a few cocktails included which were nice but just in standard plastic cups nothing fancy. We eat what we could in terms of food we wish this hotel had places local as we would have eating cheaply enough outside the hotel grounds but there is nothing within a 10/15 minute walk you would need to get a taxi into Belek. We stayed here for 7 days food was very good and made to feel very welcome.Ferro who was the fitness and yoga entertainer came and spent time with us in the evenings and made us feel comfortable and very welcome and also was very informative in regards to information and needs we had. Dogan the entertainment manager was the life and soul of this side of the resort he had alot of energy and time for us too. Absolutely a lovely place and because of these two people and also the rest of the staff me and my family will definitely be coming back. 5 star all round.❤️❤️❤️

We stayed here for 1 week for the first time and we enjoyed our stay very much. Food was ok, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helped to arrange some great entertainment. Two members of the team in particular spent a lot of time with us and we became very good friends - Ferro and the entertainment manager Doğa were brilliant and the best people I have met in any resort. We will definitely be returning and we hope they are both still there when we return!

Genel olarak, Fun&Sun Family Life Belek'teki konaklamam Gizem Giray Zengin ve Fatma Hanım da dahil olmak üzere harika personel sayesinde harikaydı. Bu oteli harika hizmet ve rahat bir atmosfer arayan herkese tavsiye ederim. Fun&Sun Family Life Belek'teki her bir personelin hizmetinden gerçekten keyif almamıza rağmen, konaklamamızla ilgili genel izlenimimizi olumsuz etkileyen bazı eksikliklerden bahsetmek zorundayız. Antalya and this hotel is so good place they have a trust persons i like it and they have a lot of bartender my favorite is Seyfettin he make lot of interesting coctail and drink he know russian and speak good he make flair show and various shows he is fantastik man he made everyting its so good for me i recommend here nice place nice persons nice restaurant and bar ty for everyting

Very tasty cocktails))) the bartender Seyfettin loves his job very much and puts his soul into every cocktail)) The best bartender I've ever seen!!! His assistant Arda is very cheerful and attentive)))

The best bar ever with Semiha and Seyfettin !!! The best cocktails ever in my life)) Very good experience in this hotel)) Love the sea and sun and have so much fun here with my friends! thank you Sun Fun for my vacation!
