Love the breakfast buffet! Just a bit disappointed about their service, requested for golf view & once check in they give you different view..

Verry convenient for raya shopping . Foods delicious. Room looked lovely and comfortable. Minibars is the best.

I was there before this visit at Le Meridien Putrajaya. Same as before, I had a great experience staying there, with the friendliest staffs' hotel. In particular this time, Mr Samuel Simon, who made our time there the best ever. Thank you.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is affordable and the room is large and comfy. Beddings are very soft and nice. The hotel is also connected to the largest shopping mall in KL. Hence, you will be spoilt for choices - restaurants, cafes, supermarket, cinema, entertainment, shopping, etc. Highly recommended for families.

We arrived to the hotel almost 12 noon and Ms Hanisah was so kind to accommodate us for an early check-in as we are travelling with a 9 mth old baby. Everyone was so kind, housekeeping team was so fast to clean our rooms. This is my second time staying at Le Meridien and its so convenient with IOI mall just beside the hotel. Mr Anas from the Concierge was able to assist us with last minute airport transfer after I had to cancel Trip.com airport transfer services. Check-out was also very smooth and fast, Ms. Zati assist us with the process. Will definitely recommend the hotel to those who would love to stay near KL but want to avoid the busy KL City.

Room is spacious and the bathroom is as big as a bedroom. Comes with a rain shower cubicle and a big bath tub. Breakfast is superb with many varieties of dishes. Location though far from KL city was compensated by a gigantic shopping complex i0i city mall. It is connected to the hotel building making it a haven for die hard shoppers. With many shops and restaurants, one need not go anywhere else. Highly recommended for those on a eating and shopping spree.

Pros: Fast & early check in, late check out. Front desk is very attentive & helpfull. Next to IOI City Mall. Clean & spacious room overlooking golf course & Symphony Walk waterfront. Spacious bathroom with tub. Free & strong wifi. Free covered parking. Pillows & bed is comfortable. Complimentary menu bar items. Breakfast quite good with a lot of varities BUT some dishes quite salty to my taste. Toilet comes with a bidet. Cons: Not very keen on the lobby glass wall. Small swimming pool. Limited tv channels.

This was not the first time we stayed here as normally we would stay for a weekend break. We arrived late that night around 8pm, the reception guy checked in for us was very impolite, and we had nothing done or request. It was just his own problem and I felt so unsatisfied that moment but I didn’t even say a word to his attitude. The form we signed with personal particulars was just left on the desk of the check in counter and he did not take it back after we signed. How did the hotel control staff taking care of guests detailed while the form was just put on the desk there even until we left the counter and was still not being taking back. He didn’t greet and thank you for try entire check in process. I paid for King bed room but the guy assigned me a room next to the lift and was smaller size then I paid for. I was not happy of the room and Ithen called reception and request for a change. The lady picked the call kept asking me to wait in and off for a few times then came back telling me the front office manager will get back to me later. I was feeling so angry of their handling attitude. They just want to out me on hold until late night ? I told them I would not wait and would go down to the reception immediately, once I approached back to the guy where he did check in for me, he already noticed my purposes without asking and his attitude went back just normal. He even showed me the room map and kind of let me choose my preference. I said I just need my room not closed by the lift. He immediately changed for me, however this was very unpleasant experience of this visit. I will complaint directly to Le Meridien too, they wouldn’t grant for 5 stars with this kind of service. More, the room made up was not up to standard too, the water provided in the room was opened and half of the water remains, u beloved this was from last guest stayed in the room. This was really disgusting and I have no more confidence to stay at Le Meridien.
