Seoul Loft Apartments - SLA 7 Night Minimum

Alright, this review is to let you understand really what’s going on. I want to clear out something first. This place is not a hotel. Do not expect daily services and such. This is a place for those who want to live the experience of Seoul, not the experience of hotels. So let’s get to it The people who work there are amazing and very helpful and friendly. They contacted me to make sure everything is alright. They sent me a very detailed guid on how to access the place. They even make sure you are comfortable in your stay and in the city. The place is wayyyyy much better than being in a hotel. You get your own washing machine, big fridge, ironing, basically you will save ton of money being here. Some people will consider this a downside, but as they mention in their page, this is not a hotel. Therefore, front disk is there till 6pm. Which means no one will be there to open the door for your highny ass. You will open it yourself, lol. The minimum stay is 7days, which mean you should figure out how to go around using the busses and taxis. Finally, I’ll tell you this, this place is amazing and worth it and I’ll consider it again

非常温馨的三人房間，地理位置好，離東大門明洞很近。 房東是外國人，感覺像設計師公寓。 有廚房設備，適合我們三位一起過聖誕拍照煮飯！ 公寓沒有電梯，但是工作人員很熱情幫忙搬運行李。 當時負四度，酒店有地暖，舒適😊： 如果要提意見的話就是： 1、新增大廳掛衣服的地方 2、因為是自助辦理入住的公寓，之前email溝通我已經把自己的航班到達訊息發給攜程海外訂房部了，而不知什麼原因房東並沒有得知我們的航班消息

The management of this apar**ent is just excellent! The service and attention to details was immaculate. I arrived from Incheon via the airport bus which was very conveniently located right in front of the apar**ent. I was not feeling well upon arrival as I was having motion sickness but the staff looked after me, and made sure I was comfortable. They have been keeping in touch with us since the time we booked the accommodation and had been extremely helpful in providing information for our trip and checked in with us closer to date as well. Anything we need they have provided or attended to swiftly. I have nothing but praise for this place. Upon seeing our luggages ( we had 10 luggage’s although we have 4 of us including two young teens) they helped to gauge our needs and supported in getting a transport for us. SLA is highly recommended. Although they do have a stairway with no lifts, they have been very helpful to carry our luggage’s both on check in and check out. Extremely helpful team and all are able to speak perfect English! Simply love it! If I were to go Seoul again, I will not hesitate to book it again.

Good property. Staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. Property condition was ok. Area was a little noisy given the property was off the main road and near a major emergency hospital.

Loved our stay here! The staff was amazing and the room was stylish, clean and very roomy. Great amenities and close to the palaces and other great activities and restaurants. Would stay again if I ever get the chance to go back!

We planned to be in Seoul 5 weeks and were looking for a place centrally located for day to day activities and near transportation for excursions around the country. First and foremost I must mention Mr. Lee. I am sure the spelling is not right but that is Singba Lee or in Korea I think it is Lee Singba. Anyway, anytime we entered or left he would greet us with a smile and could he help with anything. Second is Dennis Mitchell. We corresponded with him for a few weeks getting the accommodations organized and then had the opportunity to visit with him several times during our trip. I am older and anytime he saw me with bags going up the stairs he would assist. Yes there are stairs but it is only one flight. I have stayed all over the world and the difference of the experience is always the people you interact with. In this case the staff, including the cleaning lady, were spectacular but the accommodations were great as well. We were three adults and two 7 year old twins. Rather than getting the much more expensive room, we were able to get a room and they provided a floor bed we could use. Room included a washing machine and drying rack. We washed frequently and could have brought half the clothes that we did. Also a small kitchenette but we never actually used the cook top. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot we used daily. In the first few days, we had a small leak in the bathroom by the sink and it was fixed before the day was over. These things happen, even at home so no big deal. There is a rooftop area that we went up to a couple times to look over the streets and let the kids run around. I could see going up there with my wife at night and enjoying a good bottle of wine if we didn't have the kids along. Overall, this was a great experience and we are already talking about when we can return to Seoul, stay here of course, and see Mr. Lee and Dennis again. I will add we used the buses extensively and there are three stops within a couple blocks depending on where you are going. One is in front of the SLA entrance. Also, several good restaurants nearby and one right next door. A convenience store across the street which we frequented almost daily.

The property has a living room, separate bedroom floor, kitchen and bathroom. It felt like a bachelor pad and was so cool! Location is great, with a palace right next door and EASY ways to find home since you are right next to the SNUH (every taxi knows it). In addition, staff were friendly and helpful, very nice people! I recommend!

I recently stayed at the Seoul Loaf Apar**ent and had a fantastic experience. The apar**ent was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants and shops nearby. What really stood out to me, though, was the excellent staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the Team to the hotel manager, was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. Overall, I highly recommend the Seoul Loaf Apar**ent for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Seoul. The comfortable accommodations and exceptional service make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The property managers were the stars of this stay. They were so helpful in every way they could be. They suggested touring and sight seeing options, assisted in booking transportation when necessary, educated us on the subway system, and were very communicative even when we were out traveling the country. The address cards they made were a godsend, we just had to show a taxi driver the card and we transcended any language barrier - genius. In-apar**ent laundry for long stays is a game changer too. I would definitely stay again. The only downside is no elevator - the stairs would definitely be a challenge for anyone with an injury/disability BUT they carried our insanely heavy luggage up and down the stairs so that was helpful. I loved every minute of my home away from home!
