Vị trí rất tốt nhưng có một con gián trong phòng của chúng tôi. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện. Phòng tập thể dục rất nhỏ.

Kỳ nghỉ thật tuyệt vời. Vị trí tuyệt vời ở trung tâm của mọi thứ trong khu vực Meyong dong. Tôi không thích việc tôi yêu cầu lễ tân giúp đỡ mang hành lý của tôi từ phòng để trả phòng và họ nói họ không cung cấp loại dịch vụ này

Location is good as near to the train station and myeongdong shopping street. Toiletries are provided except for toothbrush & toothpaste. Room size is average does not have much space left after shopping hauls and luggage. Do not mind staying this hotel again or might try other outlets.

we stay 3 nights here, room is smaller than imagination, toilet is smelly, not worth with WHT we paid, only thing good is the location

We stayed in a family room. We felt that the lighting inside the room was dim and lighting spots from ceiling were insufficient.

Location is slightly off as compared to a few other hotels but the room is much spacious. Hence depends on individual preference. One key issue faced when staying in L7 is the WiFi connection. It is terribly bad at night and I called the technician. He restarted the router in room and it got better. I had to restart the router (some times twice) every night to get back proper WiFi speed. L7 provides nespresso coffee at lounge which is a good thing, grabbing a coffee before heading out.

What a pleasure to stay at this amazing hotel, just a few steps away from the airport limousine station which makes it extremely easy convenient. Hotel staffs are very helpful, polite, friendly and caring. I will definitely come and stay there again for my next visit.

Room was clean and average sized, beds were comfortable. Location was great - walking distance to myeongdong market and shops. Airport limo was just in front of hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location. Super convenient to go anywhere in myeongdong. Th towels run abit old but very comfy bed. Used to offer toothbrush but that’s not happening anymore.

Overall, its been a pleasant experience to stay in one of the most modern and convenient hotels in Seoul. However, as much as its modernity, there is an area of concern to older folks and someone like my wife who has difficulties in navigating small spaces when come to badly lit places or dark places. Your hotel lifts interior was decked in dark pinted panels and my wife has difficulties in identifying the door position as well as the panel of floor buttons. There is always a risk of walking into wrong floor or knocked into someone unintentionally. Another area of concern is the additional timber step where the bed rests on. The additional step can be a hazard as we may caught unaware and trip over. Otherwise, everything else is good and fuss-free.

Positives: Location is really convenient – airport bus stop less than a minute walk away, close to many metro stations, can interchange between stations easily. Beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Negatives: The toilet had a really bad odour which smelt like vomit. There were what looked like dried bits of vomit in the crevices of the toilet lid/bowl. Not sure if it was because it was hard to reach/clean. But we had to keep the door closed the whole time to avoid the smell from spreading into the room.

Excellent hotel, great location. The hotel offers a free nespresso coffee service and a free foot spa massage. What a great stay!
