Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

First time staying at this hotel and we’re very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. If a drink gets spilled, it’s cleaned up straight away without even having to notify staff as there are always people patrolling the area to keep it tidy. So many different activities to do throughout the day, including the water park which we were also impressed by. A free taxi service is also advertised in the water park which is provided by a restaurant called Yucca in Kusadasi town (highly recommend this restaurant, food is amazing and the reps who sort everything out for you are so friendly). Staff at the hotel are easy to communicate with and really really friendly also. Bar staff may need a bit more training on the drinks as a lot of them are made differently depending on who is making them. There’s a lot of variety of food each day, however it’s slightly disappointing that there’s not a snack bar open throughout the whole day (apart from the cake bar). Also it would be nice if the ice cream was available throughout the day instead of at two set times each day. Drinks however are available 24/7 from various locations around the resort. You also have a minibar in the hotel room, refilled daily with soft drinks and water FREE OF CHARGE!! Evening entertainment has been fantastic every night, you can tell a lot of effort has been put into these performances. Child entertainment could maybe do with a revamp as it starts quite late (8:45pm most nights) and only lasts around 20 minutes or so. The kids do seem to enjoy it but from a parents perspective, more effort could be made just to make the atmosphere more awake and lively. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant experience and we would 100% love to come again :) 3 adults (mid-late 20’s), 1 child (aged 6), England

Very good hotel with very Nice and Gentle people. You need to Go here with your family and Go to the aqua park. The rooms are very Nice and the restaurant is also perfect. If you stay for a week you can Go to 2 different special restaurants Which are really Nice. You need to Go here! Thank you so Much guys specially Ergin,mert,Osman , tu*** and Sam

All thing(Foods,location,Rooms,Pools,Area,leisure Activities,...) was Great. Personels are very Nice, Cool, Warm welcoming, Responsibile,... Mrs.Pari in guest relations department was really Great in guiding us and helping us to manage our problems and showed around the Hotel and put a great effort to have enjoyed time here . We really appreciate her .

We had an improved room with 2 TVs and inside door between two sections: adult and kids zones. Our daughter liked animation team most of all. Kids club playing Indians and mini discos of cause. It’s past a few months she still sing those songs.., thanks to Sam, Lena and Mira who made our holiday really beautiful. Aqua Park is awesome , most of attractions are for teens and above. Some of the rides were turned off. The Aqua park is open from 10 but water is turned on a bit later. And it’s open till 5pm. There is an ice cream spot in Aqua park which had better choices that ice cream at the hotel but for a little extra. Food variety is good, everything is fresh, there are some queues by meat lovers for some delicious plates. Thanks God, I am vegan :) Any way, food was good, lots of deserts and fruits and I’ve got +2kg after this vacation. WiFi was good overall, sometimes in the room it was a signal loss but we had a room furthest from reception, almost on the beach, so it’s ok. Any way, in public zones near reception, or at the pool Wi-Fi was fine and I was able to work online. The best coffee at the reception bar, there is s normal coffee machine there, not only Nespresso like … SPA was fine, good value for the money. Bali massage is done by Balinese girl. Lunch at the open space is nice, lots of grilled veggies and meats available. Unfortunately, there were lots of flies too. Chinese restaurant was really fine, large portions and delicious. Indoor pool is open only when it’s raining outside. Cocktails at bars are from local brands, no fresh juices on the menu. The bottled water in room is much better than at the bars. The water in the sea is not transparent but it has some spark like sands which is shining like a glitter. The entry is shallow long enough which suites for kids well. Taxi to the city costs 10 euros. Overall good experience, excellent for families with kids especially teens (lots of rides suites them, and it’s free for hotel guests). Adult pool is almost not visited, so you can be alone even at busy season.

We've been visiting this hotel since 2011, a few upgrades this year, which were needed. But love it. Food, cleanliness, rooms, service, perfect. Ramazan at the Turkish Al a carte makes our trip every year. Thank you Also using jet2 this year instead of tui, and no problems.

Great place with lots of thrilling slides. Unfortunately a few of them were closed for maintenance. Maybe we should have checked this before booking. Good little food court, ice cream stalls. Listen for the fog horn announcing the start of the waves!

We were staying in the neighbouring hotel and was recommended as part of our all inclusive by guests and guest relations in both sites to book into the Madarin restaurant for Al la carte. The food was excellent and the customer service was impeccable. Excellent entertainment at this hotel that we attending along with multiple families from the TUI neighbouring hotel for 3 nights. Huge difference in food quality so we regretted not staying in the Aqua Fantasy instead.

I can't fault our holiday! I went as a single parent with 2 boys aged 10 and 14. We had the best time. Pools were always clean, however a little cold, food was fantastic, and always something new to try. The evening entertainment was hit and miss but that is more due to age of my children. Cocktails were fantastic and a great selection for children and adults. So much to do locally, highly recommended going into kusadasi if you want to shop, bus from outside the main enternace, also on a Saturday a local bizzar was fab for bargains. I did over spend on shopping, excursions and water sport's so be prepared to take more than you think if you want to have an action packed holiday, snorkeling for 3 people, for 3 hours on a boat 135 euros, jet ski 70 euros each etc... The hotel was spotless, Lovely lobby bar and terrace, staff always cleaning every area of the hotel. Room cleaned daily as long as I pressed the room service button, and the fridge was filled up daily with soft drinks. I had previously read amazing reviews regarding interaction with entertainment team, however we didn't have much, but it did not spoil the holiday. The water park was good, but my children preferred the pools(lots of steps for the big rides). Just be aware the floor is a little slippery with flip-flops on around the pools!!! Don't slip like me!!! The mini shopping mall within the hotel is great, hairdressers, mini market, clothes shop and shoes and bags etc... grab a footy kit for 10 euros! I was unsure on what currency to take, so I took lira, euro,some English and my monzo card. All worked great for me. I will be booking again for next year, and my kids have already stated we have to return to the same hotel! The only thing I would suggest improvement on is the evening entertainment that would interest slightly older boy's. Enjoy :)

İt was awesome experience cause how could they make everything so perfect and beautiful. Foods are amazing, stuff are so kind and they are ready to help you for eveything, reception manager Fatih already done, he is also so nice and make everything easier.i tried sailing in hotel’s sailing club it was magnificent! The instructors are professional on this job so safety, they so friendly and make me so happy. İ took so good service from sailing club and i will come one more time aqua fantasy hotel for sailing. İ have to do cause they make me addicted that sports!!
