Good breakfast here. Not many amenities offered.

The room I booked was studio with king bed and a sofa bed which allows 4 people to stay. I slept on sofa bed just for 1 night. Sofa bed quality was terrible, no cushion at all. It was really old sofa bed. After all, I had 20-30 bug bites which Im certain that I got it from the sofa bed. This place should replace all the sofa bed to make a better quality inn. I won’t recommend ppl to use sofa bed.

There are hiking trails within walking distance of the property which is great for being active. The hotel is off the beaten path from downtown Sedona making it quieter than most other options. However, the pool draws many families with younger kids during holiday breaks so that area was very boisterous during my stay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast service was the best and the front desk service first class. Poor cell service, though. Had to make calls from the lobby or parking lot.

Overall, we had a good stay. The optics of our room was that it was modern, clean and roomy. The only issue would have been the sofa bed was very thin and very uncomfortable to sleep in. I believe you had to pay a daily parking rate, which was unfortunate because the location of the hotel was too far away to enjoy Sedona without having a car. Other than that, the breakfast that was served was great and the people working there were nice.

Nice newer room, shower awesome. Beds comfortable but sheets loud, kept waking up. Not much of a view off balcony to the back. Kitchen nice.

Our stay was a pleasant one. We stayed two nights and can’t complain. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

our experience was perfect. Friendly staff and awesome breakfast that changed every day. Room was nice with kitchenette and small desk work area. A bit small for room sizes but still great. Laundry on site is cool too!

Far from shops and restaurants. Very expensive and had to pay for outside parking! Service lacked. I do not recommend.

Everything was great. Even though the hotel was full it wasn't noisy. Access to BBQs and the fire pit was great. The layout of the room and kitchen served its purpose and it was extremely clean.

Property and staff were excellent. We had the studio apartment with King bed, sleeper sofa, kitchen area fully stocked with essentials. Pool, hot tub, grilling and outdoor dining area with adjacent but fenced off fire pit and area to play corn hole makes a nice area to play and relax. Family friendly but we went without kids and enjoyed time with other adult only couples. Rooms were quiet even with kids next door. Great free breakfast, bar area, and convenience to Sedona tourist activities, shopping, and hiking trails.
