Very quiet and seems like a condo. Didn’t like the loud noise from the heater. Fireplace made up for it.

The front desk attendant was really sweet. She let us check in early and had great food recommendations. The rooms are nice a big w plenty of room. A little outdated but clean. Kitchen and fireplace was a plus! The views are nice too. The cons are the WI-FI was horrible. We couldn't watch TV or use our devices!!

The rooms were very dark and dated. It was quiet and the location was good. Just gave a weird vibe, wouldn’t stay there again. The best part was the ancient tree in the parking lot, it was incredible. Older property, the worst part was no cell service and we couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work.

The villa was beautiful. Appointed well. Kept up nicely. Great kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful stay for our 35th anniversary. We had a fireplace to set the mood, a jacuzzi bathtub, a four poster bed, hundreds of ducks on the pond outside your sliding glass doo, a kitchenette and vaulted ceilings. It couldn't have been better! We will be back!

everything was very nice and clean. The walls between the rooms are too thin, I could hear our neighbors talking all night and they had country music playing very loudly.

If you are looking for a quite fet away this is the place. It can be a little difficult to find at first. The room was ckean, well kept and very cozy.

Loved, loved, loved this property. It was cold this time of year so the gas fireplace felt extra cozy. Although we didn’t sit outside, we enjoyed watching wildlife and the Mountain View from our villa. The kitchenette was plenty equipped to make a meal of spaghetti. The bathroom was spacious. This time of year, the property was very quiet and private. We enjoyed staying just south of Sedona and out of the traffic. We did our shopping and eating out at the Village of Oak Creek. Highly recommend this villa.
