Great location with amazing views. Our room was very clean. Parking was not an issue. Check-in was a breeze. Shops and restaurants are convenient.

We were assigned a basement unit with an obstructed view of the parking lot. The parking lot is shared with a series of shops and all the spots are taken during the day. Room had gaps in carpet where carpet met the tiles with exposed sharp floor tacks

The property was clean but old and dated and was in need of a renovation. There was major damage and wear and tear to walls, mirrors, etc. For the price I expected higher quality. The unit did not have any views as pictured in the description. The view from the patio was obstructed.

Nice property in excellent location. It’s a little tired but did see they are renovating in the next 12 months. Nice health club and pool area.

This was perfect for a little getaway! Had enough space to sit and relax by the fireplace and private sleeping for everyone.

This place is truly amazing - the best in all Sedona imho. The location cannot be beat - both centrally located to restaurants/businesses and gives the best views. You are up on a little hill away from the hustle and bustle but within a 5 minute walk of all the shops. The building is gorgeous and the fitness room, activities, pool and hot tubs so fun!!

Location was great, but the room was dated. There were electrical outlets that didn't work, missing slats in the blinds, and cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom.

The location to downtown Sedona. It is convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Parking was good. The unit was clean and spacious. We really liked the views from the room and the gas fireplace added an great touch in the winter.
