Inn at the Prom

Older rooms with ok comfort. The fireplace in our room did not work and it was cold. The couch was stained as was the comforter. It was rainy and the gutter right above our door poured down water constantly.

Check in office with a bit confusing, but other than that everything was good, I would definitely book again.

The room was very nice. Great ocean view. Steep stairs to climb for older folks if you're on the upper floor.

Rooms were clean. You could see daylight through the door jam. Tv was difficult to find channels. The deep soaking tub makes this room.

I was disappointed in my stay. I checked in after 7pm so I had to get my key out of a box open to the public with five other keys all in unsealed envelopes with our names and room numbers exposed. Trying to park at my room was an experience. It is a very narrow drive with angle in parking. When you need to leave you have to then back out a very narrow single lane between other parked cars and the building and landscaping. The water in the shower was luke warm all four times and trying to use the jacuzzi tub was out of the question because the water was too cold. The shower curtain was also ripped on every ring. I didn’t realize until after the first night all of the windows were not latched and locked. It was a disappointing stay all around.

It was our second time staying at the Prom both times rooms were clean it was quiet, only problem we had was the water wouldn’t get hot so made the jacuzzi tub not worth using other than that it was great

It wasn't terrible, but we wouldn't stay there again. The cottage was very drafty so the heater kept clicking off and on all night, which was noisy. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The parking isnt great, especially for bigger vehicles. But i think what clinched it for me was the fact that i paid for pay when you stay, but they charged my card 72 hrs. prior to our first night. The card i used to hold the room wasnt the card i wanted charged, but because they charged it before check in, i didn't get a choice. Every other time I've booked a hotel with pay when you stay, they charge your card at check in, and they ask if the card you held the room with is the card you want charged. This place made it seem like it was my fault because i didnt call and tell them ahead of time. I responded, no i didn't, because it was supposed to be pay when you STAY. So, we won't be returning.

Enjoyed a relaxing 4 day trip to seaside. The location was amazing and the oceanfront room was nice. A few items need attention which i hope they take care of, loose faucet which was annoying as hard to turn water on/off. Staff were all super friendly.

Cute small space, had a fireplace in our roomm close to the beach. We didn't like that the room was freezing cold when we walked into it, the maid was playing very loud music in the morning. Our room was under the laundry area, so we could hear everthing. And the light that was lit all night for the firepit was next to our window. It was bright! Don't get stuck in room P6, it's the worst!
