The room was incorrect but the staff fixed it and they were very helpful. The new room had someone else’s leftovers and a used coffee pod in the coffee maker with no available coffee for our use. Overall it was still a decent a stay. No air conditioning just box fans but we survived.

This is an older hotel in a great location. Pay the extra for a view. The beds are old and need to be replaced as of this date July 2023. The first room one can tell the bed needed to be replaced by the look. Then attempting to sleep, it was lumpy. I had to complain to front desk and they moved us rooms and that bed too was old but better than the first room. The one person at the front desk did us good.

Room was small but comfortable and clean. The stairs were quite troublesome during the rain but was very thankful that they did have two elevators, no ice machine on the 3rd floor( which is where we were) fridge was nice size and very very clean! coffee in room was a plus we had a room with no view but it did have a bathtub and check in was easy and check out was even easier!

This property has gone downhill. The elevator was extremely slowly & scary to ride as it makes wood noise & shakes.
The room we first entered had a non-functioning toilet. We were moved to a new room only to find no blankets on the bed.
The rooms were extremely cold and took forever to heat up.

Property is old and showing it's age. I've been assured that renovation has been started and will be accelerating as time progresses by the new owners. It's a good place to stay and is bound to get even better, but it will take time to get there.

Our room was ice cold. The heater was not big enough for the room in the winter. We found the window was part way open and could only be closed by going up on the roof. The gentleman couldn't do that until someone else could come to man the desk. When he got to the roof later the window couldn't be closed so we were moved to another room which was also cold and the heater didn't work at all. We moved back to the first room but had to move again when the window couldn't be closed. The third room had a heater that worked but had been off for so long that it didn't really ever get warm. The manager was very good about it when we told her the next morning. I'm sorry this facility was left in such bad shape. I know they're working to fix it. We've stayed there several times and this is the first bad experience we've had. Too bad they let things go before selling.

Loved the view! Bed frame was broke though which made one side of the bed uncomfortable. Also ****** that the bath didn’t work but for the great price I can’t complain.

The property was in poor condition. The elevator was horrible and took forever. We stopped taking it do to it functioning properly and it was hard to see where our room was when we arrived at dark. There was hardly any outdoor lighting. Getting checked in was a mess and took at least 30 min. The hot tub jets didn't work. The bed was so worn out the springs popped around and it had a big slouch in it. It just wasn't as the pictures looked and it was a disappointment.

Check in was terrible. The keys given to us wouldn’t work, and when we got maintenance (the staff was very polite) to open it, turns out the room was occupied. We had very little time to do the check-in process as it was between games for my daughter’s basketball tournament. It ended up taking so much time, that we didn’t get a chance to go grab a bite to eat before the next game that we were almost late to.
While in the lobby waiting for our room, another patron was talking to the front desk about their room having the door between hers and the next room broken so anyone could come in if they wanted. Then in the elevator, a similar situation with yet another patron…she went to her room after checking in, and found it unclean and NOT ready as the front desk said it would be.
I understand new management, but a lot could have been done to avoid our disappointing stay. Maybe close down and evaluate the overall condition of the place, make some changes/upgrades first, rather than rolling right into new reservations.
