Well located in the Scottsdale area with reasonable pricing. Had a great experience staying here for a few nights. The room was clean and the staff were nice, recommend it!

For the price, I’d rather book a nicer one than this. We booked this one because of the discount I got but it wasn’t worth it. There were bugs on the floor during the night and the room had a weird odor.

Semi-friendly staff. Arrived on Sunday as scheduled but room not ready. Window left partially open and floors dirty. Requested to have floors mopped twice, front desk made note and said it would be done after 9:30am but service never done; internet out 1.5 days; frig cold but noisy; phone had dial tone but didn't work; bathroom light stopped working for 1.5 days then worked again. Left 3 days earlier than planned.

The AC was not working, the first thing I see when we opened the door on the counters were baby roaches, after inspecting the floor and carpet we found they were also there. The bedding smelled horrible and was old and torn. Never Again!

Very basic bed are really uncomfortable
Zero amenities. Floors were dirty I don’t think they have mop in a very long time my socks were filthy. Great food option in next door shopping center. Great price but not worth it for bad points. It states gran and go breakfast hum!!! Really bad coffee and packed very stale muffins two flavors. How is that considered breakfast

Convenient,safe location with easy parking. The rooms are not well kept with minimum provided. Elevator not working for 2 days of our stay…

It seemed like somebody smoked in the room for long time. It is so weird in the non- smoking hotel.

Overall great location. Checking in was given a key to a room that was occupied. Next room the tv didn't work. Third room was okay.
