Rooms are beautiful and spacious but the policy of the length of stay that we were made unaware of when we booked here was a negative and made it so my boyfriend and I were unsure if we were to stay here again. Other than that the resort was beautiful

The location was awesome because most of the places you would want to visit are close by. The service at the McCormick weren’t up to par. I was disappointed because this is listed as a resort. To begin we rented the bike that they have available and the brakes didn’t work on either bike. The seat post wouldn’t hold either (I only weight about 155lbs) so that shouldn’t have been an issue. I’m a nutshell, it’s an accident waiting to happen. With the resort fees that they charge per day they should be able to at least tune up the brake pads and seat post. The beds are very outdated and old; my wife and I would wake up with our backs hurting and we are still very young; we are in our early 30s and late 20s, so the beds shouldn’t have caused this problem. House keeping never showed up, even when we would request them to clean our room. They said the pool was heated, but it was ice cold. Keep in mind I like the cold temperatures, but this was too cold. The best part about the McCormick would have to be the location. The views were nice, but not enough to make up for the issues we had.

Obviously an older property, the swim pool concrete decking is deteriorated. Nice surroundings but needs some updating.

Hotel was located in the heart of Scottsdale. Very clean. Mattress were worn but everything else not bad for the price. Would stay there again.

The property is beautiful, situated on the small Lake, golf course with Mountain View’s. The hotel itself is a little bit in need of updating. Staff was very friendly. Our room faced the parking lot and being on ground floor near exit doors and an intersection of hallways was very noisy at 6am. That’s more the fault of other hotel guests not the hotel. I would recommend a higher floor.

The water trickled out of the shower so slow that I was unable to take a shower one night. The TV did not work at all.

Decent price for a nice place. Love the lake and everything that comes with it; canoe, paddle boat, and kayaks.

First they did not honour my vip benefit but when I mention it they corrected
Property is very nice and location is near restaurants and shops and not far from old town
But the hotel badly needs upgrades
Overall nice and relaxing place
